The only one i know out of all four is Steve Landes who plays John. That Paul guy is *really good!* If only Ardy from The Fab Four would boost up his bass sound just like this one has his!
Saw them a few weeks ago.. they are the best... Only thing that would have made it more perfect is if we could have met them after the show ... mabe next time we see them we. Can ❤️
I gotta to perform with these guys after winning a karaoke contest in 2001 at the San Jose Civic auditorium. I sang “ Slow Down “ very cool experience & the band was very cool! 😊
Sounds like this was a great night at the winery! I had no idea they were even in town this recent past August. There are so many really great Beatle tributes these days! Some being comprised of younger men in their late teens and early 20s, very refreshing to see. These four here are certainly at the very top of A-List for Beatle bands. Great performers , and musicians, one and all! Thanks for recording and sharing!
I saw RAIN on 7/15/23 at the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City, NJ, and I was blown away! They were absolutely amazing. Not only were they spot on with sounding like Beatles, their movements and mannerisms were so precise it seemed like I was actually watching the original Beatles preforming live! This is a great RU-vid video here, but it doesn’t do their sound justice. I really, really enjoyed their concert and I will certainly attend every show that I can. If you have the opportunity to see these guys perform live make sure you don’t miss out. You won’t be disappointed.
I love the fact that there are lots of Beatle Tribute Bands the world over! No other band in the world has this type of great following! Love "Rain", These guys were great and at one time were the best on this side of the world, but when the Fab Four was created in the late 90s they blew away all Beatle Tribute bands world over! To date they still are the closest to the real thing. Also if you notice on Please Please Me, no one in the "Rain" group is playing the Harmonica. It's this attention to detail the the Fab Four have and do not skimp on. Love Rain, but the Fab Four IMHO is still at the top. Check out the Fab Four on this link. They do the whole "Enchilada" with attention to detail. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4rHiDArtjuM.html
An interesting thing, when you watch a real video of the Beatles, they don’t seem retro, they seem to be our contemporaries, but here at least everyone seems to be trying to copy, but you feel that this is something old and distant, I wonder why? Maybe there is some kind of mysticism in this and the Beatles cannot be copied?
It's basically because he's right in front of the stage, only getting the raw stage sound. Guitars and vocals go through the PA. and the speakers are above the video person.
I saw them at the Dupont Theatre in Wilmington Delaware and they were amazing. But I have to tell you this video does not represent what they sound like. It’s just not that good. There are much better videos of rain out there on the web. This is not one of them.
So true, the proximity allowed good visuals but what I didn't anticipate is the horrible mix in front row. In hindsight, I was sitting too close to that drum kit, which drowns out the rest. If I could do it over again I would want to record from 5 to 10 rows back, within 1 to 4 seats off of center aisle, and see how that video turned out. I suspect it sounded way better for the people behind me. These guys really are nailing it but my audio here doesn't do them justice.
@@toddrichert I sat in the front row right sitting right in front of the bass bins. I could not even tell what song they were playing. I was given the ticket and she paid a fortune for the ticket. When I go to any show I try to buy tickets as close to the sound man as I can.
Yea I’m noticing little to no use of the lovely front fill speakers right in front of you that SHOULD have vocals and guitars at LEAST pumping through!
