Unfortunately, Jedd Fisch will leave at the first chance he gets for something better. Sorry Folks, but this is his history and in 2-3 years we will be looking for another coach! If I were a high school recruit I would never commit to Jedd knowing that he will jump to the SEC as soon as an opening comes. As much as I hate Dann Lanning, I have to give him prompts for sticking to his word.

He sold family and building something special. His guy gets hurt and his number two leads Arizona to a winning season. Which many people wanted to start the season. He then bounces. If he stayed another year or saw out his coveted first true recruiting class then it’s a different conversation. He broke his word. He can’t preach that message again.

He’s strictly business but he does it well. He will make a good coach in the new landscape but I hope we change things through congress. Because this is becoming big business and needs better oversight. It’s the Wild West right now in college football and it’s hurting the game. It’s hurting the idea of education and sports. I don’t know the answer but this needs to be reigned in and they need a cap to equal the playing field and save the sport being tied into schools

As a Duck fan I have no skin in the game (this time thankfully). I find these coaches laughable talking about signing contracts, be loyal, committed, honest and all the other BS coach speak they spew. Practice what you preach.

Send your kid to school for the education. Not coach.

@@davidstith2391 Yes. At this point, either pick a coach to potentially follow, only choose a school for education and network, or be lost and confused as the game evolves...

@@davidstith2391 right, maybe he means it this time. His kids did not look thrilled. Within 2 days they go from being in Tucson, knowing nothing about leaving, to boom, moving to a new place. Then again, 1. Coaches’ kids are used to this, like military brats, and 2. Now they re even richer, they can go visit friends. 3. The UW’s Head FB coach’s kids will be popular. - or they’ll hire security. I also wouldn’t be surprised if they’re home schooled.

You got a con artist as a coach. If your are the parent of a recruit don't believe any of the BS about family and loyalty. He needs to go back to the pros where money trumps loyalty instead of molding men's lives. Remember only a very few will make it in the pros. This man has nothing to offer all the rest.

It's the game that's played. Don't like myself but that is how it is.

@@paulkysar6207 You are right. They don't make men like John Wooden and Lute Olsen who make a difference in young men's lives anymore. That's the problem with college sports these days. Twenty years from now see how many of his former players will come back as alum like Arizona players do now.

@@davidstith2391Kalen BeBoer is even worse. He left his team a couple of days after losing a championship. A team going into the Big Ten, which is a much tougher conference.

This has always been in coaching they head for greener pastures if they can. Just recently with player with portal!

@@jimcampbell4410 maybe I am older than you, but that has not always been the case. Wooden and Olsen could have gone pro many times, but they valued shaping young men's lives over riches.
