@@averynormalpotato8620 I think you have the wrong thought about that, the meaning of the title of the video is supposed to say this is the first video of a gameplay of new survivor (you can clearly see the name of the user changes every match)
So emil is really good at making distance from the hunter within a short time, Avoid open areas since he cant hook the hunter like kevin; also he doesnt get a speed boost after hook.. Defo learn best hook spots, abuse those walls. Hes good at transitional kiting like kevin(??) So maybe a soft counter to grace..? Though once hes out of hooks, you have to stick to raw kiting.
Some people are considering to buy his skin when they have no attention to play him seriously. Why? It's just for their collection and cuz they got a lot of money so they don't really mind. But I do agree with you on buying him first before his skin. Tho it doesn't apply to the people I said earlier. (Sorry eng is not my first language)

Bro the emil player I- Note to everyone: Kevin and Emil are different characters with different use of skills, Emil can use them to vault over high walls while Kevin can lasso pass the hunter. I'll be buying emil once he's out on global, practicing him first on custom with my team
@@rongchoo this is 100% a quick match no doubt cuz when a new survivor comes to the game for first time, the first 2/few weeks they aren’t available in rank AND in the first match there are 2 patients and in legendary rank you cant have more same character more than once if u know what i mean
I will really love netease if emile (my main) gets an A skin or even a recent S accessory (entomologist got an A skin a season after its release, painter gets an S accessory too soon, And other examples)

Yep. Pretty much a disappointment. The hunter won't give you time to aim and you can mess up the hook pretty easily even without the hunter. The 3 charges limit makes sure he becomes useless late game.
That #1 isn't the rank of the player using patient. The #1 there means the first patient gameplay this YT channel uploaded. The next patient gameplay he uploads he'd put #2 and so on.
no. Mistakes must be punished, good hooks must be rewarding. Thats all about aim characters like Batter, Cowboy, Forward, Patient, Wilding. Dont try to imagine useless buffs. There characters are perfect with mechanic they are noe
Trust me, these hooks barely needed as 5 or more. Its usually you have one more extra hook for endgame. You only need to kite awhile then find a hook area to transition. Hooking alot will not help you. If possible still use the looping areas and pallets and not rely too much on the hooks
