So recently was heartbroken about this lovely soundtrack being removed from RU-vid, went out of my way to find it, and upload it myself. Here's the first one, Perfect Day. A beautiful song to stimulate your ears.

You dont know me٫ but five years ago٫ this song saved me from the decision to end my life. I was in a very dark place٫ entering high school and mourning the loving childhood I never had. Through some miracle٫ I found this song and decided to stick around. Thank you so much for reuploading. This song quite literally saved my life.

i listen to this song often. it kicks starts me to the life i have, not the one i had.... i am rejuvenated every time i choose to play it- i choose it intentionally to overcome those thoughts

The world of Peter Rabbit and friends is the perfect adaptation of this Beatrix Potter's books.

I agree. I'd go so far to say that it's the closest book to screen adaptation ever made of any book. They even went so far as to recreate the illustrations into animation form (pause on the right frames and you'll be looking at recreations of them). It's clear that they wanted this to be the books in screen form, faithfully adapted. No adaptation of any other book goes as far as this.

I’m 35 this year and with this beautiful song I’m transported back to my childhood, so glad I was a child in the 1990s, it was a truly a beautiful era to have grown up in, I am actually crying as this brings so many emotions thank you posting this song

I remember watching these shorts long ago as a child and loved reading the books! There's a haunting feel from the soundtrack. It's mystic and wonderful but sad as those days of childhood are long gone. Almost like a beckoning....

@@nguyenthithuha2411 I was considering buying them for preservation, until I found out someone archived the entire thing on the internet archives. From there I downloaded those, and quickly posted these back here, since only one channel had ever uploaded them in their entirety. Also have a Happy 2023 too!

I'm deperate to find Colin Towns score of 'NiceTown', that he wrote for the 1992 BBC drama series. It was released by Towns on a Promo CD (Towns Promo One, Film Works) along with more of his haunting works years ago, but I can find it nowhere. Grateful if anyone knows where I can find it. Long shot, but who knows

Now that is rough! I had a research session on this, and well it's far more elusive than I assumed. I searched as far as possible, only to hit walls everywhere. A long shot answer would be to try and search thrift stores, and what have you. Might get lucky, and find a disc somewhere on a shelf, I know that may sound impossible, but you never where treasure may be. Another would be getting into contact with the man himself, Colin Towns. I'm sorry I couldn't assist more, but hopefully someone comes forth with it, or ends up uploaded on the internet in some way, or form. I wish you the best in your pursuit. :)

@@Rinnenth Thank you so much for responding! I shall take your advice. I love a good trawl round thrift shops. Until then, I have managed to find MP4 recordings of all three episodes of Nice Town online. The title music (short but sweet) is featured at the end of two episodes, the other has been cut short - and have managed to mash up a recording of sorts which I can play to my hearts content. Quality is not bad either! I find it to be the most beautiful melody and its very nostalgic. Thanks again!
