Very true. Not to mention that a pile of horse **** is a *huge* eyesore and it can get quite smelly especially if it’s hot. Let’s just say that if I had booked an evening at a nice restaurant in town and it just happened that a horse had to relieve itself nearby , I’d be quite turned off.

Thank god for the police who defend verbally abusive people from other people legally filming. Really telling people that others have legally a right to film isn’t their job. Inflaming prejudice and escalating situations and refusing to identify numbers high on their shoulder that can’t be seen from the ground are perfectly acceptable. Wait... so her argument was that it's a small pile and people can walk around it so she doesn't need to clean it up... then later proceeds to spread it around so now it's a big smear and it's MORE likely for people to slip on it and harder to walk around? My gosh, I know it's par for the course but this copper isn't the sharpest tool by far. And less sharp and it would be impolite to call her a tool.
The behaviour from those officers were absolutely disgusting and they need sacking. The mess they left on the pavement was just disgusting and didn't even attempt to have it cleaned up and the little girl who slipped could of easily broken her leg or arm. Those officers had a massive attitude problem. Well done Mark for sticking up for your rights and shaming these tyrants.
