I love how in every game shotguns are considered the worst but in Gears if you don’t use a shotgun you’re not using a real gun. I love gears of war Edit: I’m not saying that shotguns are bad in saying that in gears of war you’re bad if you don’t use a shotgun, but in other games you’ll get bombarded with negative comments for using a shotgun
I pretty much only use the gnasher in gears, I skip the sniper every time. but halo infinite I use more snipers than shottys and full autos. Close quarter combat vs open field maps

This video randomly hit my recommended feed. I used to be a beast in the original Gears, but quickly lost interest as they seemed to keep changing the game for the worst after the original. This gameplay is A LOT like the original, I had no idea, as I haven’t played a Gears game since the Gears 1 remaster, nor have I seen any recent gameplay. This vid actually made me want to try Gears 5 out, you’re a beast! And yeah, that 2nd game was intense! Also idk if you noticed, but that undefeated guy Ethinks had a super low ping, think it was 6 when you pulled up the leaderboard in the middle of the game. Does that mean he just has super good internet, or is host still a thing? Regardless, having that low of a ping is definitely a clear advantage.

10:00 you can blindfire chunk over that cover (Gears 5 logic). You gotta practice it, but I do it to people all the time. Easiest way to win the 1v there by far unless they're staying off of cover. Hopefully I play you soon brother ;)
It's very toxic but waiting after downs just delays people's respawns if somebody is destroying the lobby, every second counts for the other players to get some points. Everybody hates it but it's fair game.
