Hey! It wouldn't. He got a 1.90, the current world record is Max Park's 3.13. If he got a +2, the final time would bee 3.90, which is one of the fastest solves (officially) but not THE fastest. Hope this helps ^^
@@SpeedyFast18he was the world record holder at the time and his just referring to his title not saying that his solve gave him that title, wca rules would let that scramble happen as well
@@peterosmond5742 I'm confused about what you are saying, but if you aren't aware, this solve does not count as UWR because of the way the scramble was generated.
I solve green red pair, blue red pair by setting the edge in the back and do L' U' L, and put them which sets up the green orange pair. I finished the f2l and got an easy double t case and got 6s lol (around 25 moves)
