Yes go with 2 ton, i have same size of hall and i have installed 1.5 ton having 5422w cooling capacity but it is not cooling properly. I made a mistake that I haven't listened to the all shopkeeper they were right for 200 square feet room 2 ton ac is required.

Hello, I want to buy 2 ac's 1 for hall which is 180 sq ft and one for 100 sq ft room. Agar ground floor hai or upar floor bana hai, garmi bahut jyada nahi banati to aap 1.5 ton bhi le sakte ho, nahi to aapko 2 ton lena chahiye...

i have a room inside room .. i can fit window AC only in the first room i.e. which is entrace room.. no provision for installation of AC in 2nd room..size of bothe the rooms is 15*12 and there is a wall between both rooms.. is 1.5 ton window AC enough? ... Agar kisi bhi deewar par nahi padti or room ke bahar ko baramada type se hai to manage ho jaega, waise best rahta 1.5 ton agar chhat par sunlight aati hai to, baki aapke area me garmi kitni padti hai uspe depend karega. Thanda to ho hi jaega bas thanda karne me thoda time lega, aap tension na lo khush raho, sab sahi hoga 👍

I have a complicated query, I’ll be thankful if you could help me with this. My room is about 16x12, 190sqft. But it’s a top floor with direct sunlight hitting all day. East side wall is a window wall which lets in a lot of light and heat, and over the course of a day roof and west wall is bombarded directly. Due to high heat of summer it’s easily 35° inside the room at peak afternoon. I was recommended and bought 1.5Ton ac for this top room but I don’t know is it because of extreme heat this year or ac overload, the room temperature doesn’t go below 28° at full power. I am thinking of changing to 2.0Ton ac and use old 1.5ton for 180sqft room for room below, which is shielded from direct sunlight. 1. For 190sqft direct sunlight room is 1.5ton good enough or do I need to change to 2.0ton? 2. For 180sqft room below which doesn’t have direct sunlight is 1.5ton okay?

Your plan is good, for 190 sq feet with too much heat exposure, it is advisable to have a 2 ton AC. For lower floor 180 sq feet, 1.5 will do.

Heat rejection films will help reducing the heat, better you try that before going for a 2 ton, also make sur that there is no heavy cooling leakage in room that might stop having better cooling in room.

If I wish to use AC only during night time & my room is around 10 X 12 which is on 1st floor (with no direct sun, though sun rays shouldn’t be a problem since I want to use SC only during night time in Bangalore) then I believe 1 ton AC is enough, right ???

Sir mere ko aapne coching me AC lagana hai. Coching ka size Thoda bada hai. (Length 80 foot) and (Chaudai 30 foot).Matlab 2400 squar foot. Or bich me koi diwal nahi hai bas majbuti Ke liye bim diye Gaye hai Matlab pura bada sa khula area hai. To aap se puchna tha ki kitne ton Ke kitne AC chahiye mere ko.

ek acchi investment karni hogi sir aapko, is dimension ke hisab se main suggest karunga ki aap 2 ton wale 4 AC lagwae, dono walls pe lambai ki taraf 2-2 ACs, baad me agar aapko jaroorat lage to badha sakte hain, but mere hisab se bahut acchi cooling ho jaegi 2 ton wale 4 ACs se.

Thoda mushkil wala kaam de rahe ho aap 1.5 ton AC ko, is condition me suggested to 2 ton hi rahega... 1.5 ton ke AC ko utna acche se handle karne me bahut jyada mehnat karni padegi.

Sir mera room top floor mein hain, room ka size hain 12'-2" × 8'-9". Garmi mein ye room bahat jada garm ho jata hain. Hum e kitne ton ka kaunsa ac lagana chahiye, inverter ya non-inverter, 5 star or 3 star. Mera budget medium hain. Dopehar aur night ke liye total 11 ghanta ac chalega. Bhai, 1 kWh is not good for ACs at all as it will bear load of only 1 AC of 1 ton or lower if that is under 1kwh, some ACs even with 1 ton cooling capacity come with high energy wattage, they will blow your meter, I would suggest to first upgrade your meter. If not possible, try a low wattage AC well under 1kwh.

which curtains you are taking about, are these between room and hall or on the outside windows to block sunlight? If they are to block sunlight they will work well in doing so for sure, if they are between hall and room then also you hall AC cooling will be blocked significantly to go in room.
