Yes im very very curious ive had this since my very first birth, which was almost 18 years ago, never been able to heal it and i am so so so very insecure abt it , id love to know all you know abt this and healing it properly , ty for your content ❤

This might sound odd but does sleeping on your belly or crossing your legs affect distasis? And can you 100% heal it with exercise alone?
