Honey and hot lemon is so good - have you tried it grating in a bit of fresh ginger too? That always helps me when I am struggling with colds. Love your lemon pip catcher! I also find Graveyards really relaxing - full of stories of people and love (I can't go near children's graves though, that's too upsetting) I also feel like Anne of the Island, kindred spirit.
