Would love a video at some point about how you have your business structured in regards to how your employees (the crew) are paid and if they have other jobs outside of what they do at CATRP. I’ve wondered about these for a while!

They make ~7000$/Month due to their Discord + ~5000$/Month From RU-vid + Affiliate Links + Sponsorships along side their Main Business. I doubt the employees have multiple jobs since this seems like a consistent income stream to support 5? employees. However I think it would be nice to know if they have profit sharing etc.

Hello Chase, to get a better work flow, I think that you should put the shipping station near the doors. Now you need to bring all games at the end of the barn to package them and them bring them back to the doors to ship them. To me, that's not efficient.

What is the make/model of that tape machine? It's not on your equipment list. Also, have you ever considered buying a bubble wrap machine? No more storing giant rolls if you do that. Just spit out what you need ready to go just like that tape machine. Thank you so much for content like this! I'm a single person part time operation ebay only and I have a day job (engineer by trade). Being an efficiency nut is the ONLY way I can run a store the size of mine. You guys have inspired me to reach all time sales and listing goals for 2023 and I'm on track to more than DOUBLE my sales in 2024.

Since ebay and will be less of your business, you might consider dropping the light box from above with a simple pulley then raising it out of the way (sort of like raising and lowering blinds). You could also do the same with excess bubble wrap and other light items. Your ceiling is very tall but there are simple wall mount overhead pulley systems.

The biggest way I've been able to organize is having as many "trays" as you can. Like 18x24"x6" trays, super handy at organizing and making sure you don't just have "piles". Everything in a tray usually goes together and can be easily put on shelves

Completely agree with you. What not you can move stuff fast. eBay, pictures and everything takes more time. Besides you have the followers on whatnot to get just as much or more on eBay. I'm a one man show so what does good for me is conventions I can move a massive amount of stuff in just a couple days. Keep it up guys

I'd love a video detailing the console/controller testing. Are those just repro NES/SNES test carts? Is that how you test NES/SNES? What about other controllers? You mentioned a controller tester in another video but there wasn't a link in the description like you said in that video.

Love a good organization vid. Well done, much better flow. One suggestion, put something cool on the back of the Whatnot slot shelves facing your office desks. It would be better than staring at the back of shelves. Maybe a pegboard with a nice Nerf armory? 👀

Just wanted to thank you for what you've shared on RU-vid. I got back into garage sale reselling this summer and found your videos from looking for more garage sale stuff. I've ramped up on eBay and am seeing great movement first by doing one new listing a day every day, now doing at least 5 listings a day. I'm seeing that 10-20% inventory turnover and I'm hitting 50-70% margins on most of my buys. Thanks for the info to help me restart my reselling business

Hey guys… A cleaning and clutter tip for ya. I work at a machine shop and you can eat off the floor there. Our owners have the entire shop shut down for 1 hour on Fridays before we go home. No matter how busy we are. You find yourself during the work week picking up and putting things back more often so you have time to sweep, mop and clean your entire department in that hour. It works…

Put wheels under the large shelves and squish those bad boys together with large labels on the ends with handles It’ll look cleaner and open up so much more space. If you secure 2 of them together we’ll, the top storage will probably still work
