Nice to hear your experience. It makes me feel kind of accompanied. I've been practicing Yogasanas for a month now, twice per day, and I can say that I do strugle when the moment of doing Sadhana comes, since the process still involves pain. Nonetheless, I always end the session feeling grateful for having the chance of doing Yogasanas, since my body feels way lighter and my energy feels more balanced /stable, to the point that it makes me want to try things I never dared to do before and to overcome a lot of compulsions easier. Also, my body rejects quicker anything I ate that is not suitable for it. I'm amazed of the progress that one can achieve in only 1 month. I wonder how I will feel within a year. I rrrreeally hated Yogasanas during the firsts moments of the 1st session I had when learning the practice in the Ashram, but that hate turned into love at the end of it. That cycle keeps repeating. One thing I have noticed as well is that my right knee aches way less when doing Shambhavi and the shape of my body is changing slowly. My back, also, is getting in a better position. Yogasanas! ✌️

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I just wanna say, a lot of my pain went away ad I was becoming more flexible. TBH I really love doing yogasana. Also the fact that I know I'm halfway with my sadhana 😅 , but I really love the feeling as well. Yogasanas! ❤️🌈🌺🙇‍♀️

@aadityaanand2339 almost 3 hours, if I do all of them. And I schedule it in my daily routine so it all happens. You Anna? How often do you do your practices?

@@an_inward_odyssey🙏glad to hear Akka, I practice shambhavi, achala arpanam , Bhairavi stuthi and bhairavi aarti daily which takes around 1 hour
