Never say never. I had my loc’s for almost two years. The person didn’t part my hair, like square parts. I thought I could live with it, but it’s always that one strand that pulls. So I’m currently combing them out.
Your hair is gorgeous. I'm 3+ years in, and I wished that I'd known about the oil spray that you mentioned early on. I'd colored my hair right before my install, and I think it might have been of some benefit as I'm convinced that I lost some hair due to dryness, especially at the ends. Enjoy your journey 😊.

Love your locks. They are similar to mine, but yours are fuller in the crown area. I’ve been locked 4 years yesterday and I get my reties every 7 weeks. My new growth is always very fine and thin. I’m trying my best to get my crown to fill in more, and began using a light oil and spray with water as well. How often do you use the oil in a week? I’m not sure if you said so in the video. Hi!!! Thank you so much for subscribing 🤗 I only use the oil spray 1x a week for now. You’re 4yrs in so you may be able to use it 2x a week depending on how your scalp likes it. Get a listing spray bottle from Amazon and start with water just to help hydrate your scalp
