Good review I am looking for work out routines for the kingkang. Any suggestions. The instructions came with a couple pictures but I was hoping for a link or video workout routine.

Oh good question...I have never searched for a workout routine actually. Just used it regularly. If you put it into youtube you will find a few videos though.
