You can get it in turkey for less than 10k.

The surgery itself takes around 8 hours. You will be sedated throughout the entire procedure. During surgery, you will be given a set of temps (full-arch implants, not dentures), which will be worn for 3-6 months for your gums to heal. Depending on your provider's recommendation, you may need to get an extra set of temps or two to help your gums heal better. But after that, you'll get your final set of zirconia bridges. Everyone's body reacts differently during the healing period. But when you look at the bigger picture, it is a small sacrifice of discomfort compared to the life-long benefits.

Lots of great questions. The 3 on 6 starts at around $20k per arch. If you already have some implants your dentist may be able to use them, but that has to be determined on a case by case basis. The healing time after surgery is around 4 months for the implants to osseointegrate with the bone. That said, patients aren't in pain for that time, usually they are only taking pain medications for the first one or two weeks. I understand the case that people can get the temporarily teeth at the same day of surgery is because most of the people already don' t have teeth on it and already heal the gum so no need to wait time. For my case I have total about 24 teeth so I concern that after extraction teeth hole will not suport the temporarily teeth as well. I have my teeth but just very bad like the old women and can't fix it beside to do the 3 on 6. I can't find any place work the procedure in NYC too.

You can always attempt to salvage their teeth, and often the patient has already been doing this for 20 years or more. What you see in this picture is a combination of fillings, crowns, veneers, etc. Usually the teeth they have left are just ticking time bombs and the best course of action is to remove them so they don't further compromise their oral health.

No upper limit, and in general the patient's bone growth should have stopped before they receive implants.

You would just need to have that treatment planned individually. A ballpark price for a 4-unit bridge with two implants is around $5k+.

I called the Edmond Oklahoma office and they said 40k for all my teeth 3 on 6 wth it's not supposed to be that much, if it's 5 k a bridge it should be 30k or less I was told 15k before calling, but 6 sets of bridges at 5 k a piece makes 30k

@@johnwayne397 implants are going to be anywhere from $2,500-4,000 each. You need six of those on top and six on bottom. You also need 3 zirconia bridges on top and 3 on bottom. Also, you’re not just paying for the hardware, same as when someone paints your house you’re not just paying for their bucket of paint. You have to factor in the doctor and staff time. It’s actually a very reasonable price for a permanent full mouth restoration.

In the Netherlands, it would cost 1/4th of that!

This procedure uses implants and bridges. The implants are the titanium screws that go into the bone to create a secure foundation, the bridges are the zirconia teeth that are attached onto the implants.

All of the patient's teeth were extracted. Seeing a tooth that looks healthy to the naked eye can be deceiving. It may be a crown over a rotted tooth, or there may be infection and bone loss that can only be seen on an x-ray. Also, the decision to extract teeth is a judgment call, similar to when to replace the tires on a car. Maybe you can get a few more miles out of them, but they also might explode on you when you least expect it and then the problem can be much more expensive to fix. In most cases, the patients request to have all their teeth removed because they have been dealing with short term fixes for many years that have cost them a lot of money.

Some of our patients are in similar situations with no extra income. They sometimes rely on family members for loans or sometimes they are able to raise it through donations. In other cases they are able to free up money from their home or other sources. We wish you the best of luck.

We wish it was more affordable, but unfortunately we don't set the prices on most of the costs involved in treatment (anesthesia, implants, abutments, zirconia, CBCT machine, intraoral scanners, photogrammetry scanners, bone graft material, malpractice insurance, and even the cost of dental school).

What kind of job do you do? Do YOU work for free? Why not? You care about making money, right!? Like everyone else. $10k wouldn’t cover the hard costs, so you’re asking them to PAY for your treatment. I think you should contact an implant company and find out how much implants cost. Then call a dental lab and ask what it costs to make two full sets of temporary teeth and a set of zirconia teeth. Then contact a company that sells CBCT and intraoral scanners. Then a dental school and ask about tuition. Then find out what it costs to hire a dental assistant for 40 hours of work. Go through all these expenses and figure out how much it costs to do a full mouth restoration. These guys provide an amazing service that has helped a ton of people including myself. If it’s too expensive for you or you think they’re charging too much, maybe you should get a denture somewhere else.

@@ryanhaldy I DID a consultation, and have the quote in front of me: $48K and change. The financing options quoted roughly the same, about $950 a month...for $30,000. Too rich for me. But I'd give my left nut to have the money to afford this.
