Actually, as an American, the size of this breakfast platter would feed my entire family of six!! We would not all eat everything presented. We would each choose either bacon or sausage, pancakes or toast, etc., certainly not everything. This type of breakfast would be served on a Sunday morning, or for a special birthday breakfast of a family member. A more common American breakfast would be fresh fruit and yogurt on granola, a smoothie & breakfast bar, cereal, or avocado toast (with or without an egg) during a weekday.

Thank you for the remake. You already had an English breakfast challenge, and now an American breakfast challenge. Please, one day do a German breakfast challenge with eggs, kaiser rolls ("Brötchen"), Lye Pretzels (Brezeln), cornflakes with milk, and other stuff :-D

My audio is fine. Maybe it's your headset. I have three different headsets with me: 1x SONY, 2x "Philips" - the philips are with a great audio quality (I can't set the audio by the headset, just by the task bar).

Hi Nela, thanks for the video and congratulations for your professionalism. I as an inhabitant of the Veneto who produces excellent quality wine, I recommend pairing a glass of New Zealand red wine, such as Merlot and Syrah, which are among the best in the world with these dishes, and compliments to the cook.

Just watched your English breakfast challenge and personally it looked better than ours in America. Just my opinion. I loooooooove beans, tomatoes and mushrooms along with all the other fixens, so it’s a nobrainer for me. Having something similar to an English breakfast tonight for my dinner. Where I grew up in US, I always ordered “pigs in a blanket” when we went out to breakfast. Pigs in a blanket is a sausage rolled in a pancake 😁. So you made and ate my favorite childhood breakfast in your awesome video😋

Southern American breakfast next time. Bacon, pan sausage, ham, scrambled eggs, hash browns, oatmeal, grits, biscuits, toast, breakfast burrito, orange juice and coffee. Served with jelly and maple syrup.
