i feel the easiest way to of eaten that many calories is: a whole pizza from Costco is around 7,000 calories. (over 600 calories per slice depending on toppings) So if You eat one whole pizza through out the day AND then had like 4 bags of m&ms and 2 pina coladas that would be 10k calories. OR since I was informed no liquids are allowed, one 5pound gummy bear ( 6k calories) and almost a whole pizza. ⚠️EDIT- To end the cheesecake dabate I offer this: 6 slices of Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake from Cheesecake factory (1,620cal ea) and one slice of cheesecake from Walmart sampler (280 ea) perfect 10,000.💗

Intermittent fasting will fix that for you... I only eat 900 calories a day (I’m 4’11 and weigh 130 and I’m trying to lose 10lbs, I’m not working out but I do average anywhere from 5,000 to 10,000 steps per day because of my work, and I’m seeing a nutritionist who has approved this) and I slowly started by consuming half of my allotted daily caloric intake for breakfast and the other half for lunch. Then consolidated to one meal around 11AM and maybe a snack later on. It’s working and I feel better, I’m losing weight but not too fast, and since my body adjusted to the fasting, it’s not hard at all to do. This was something I worked on with a doctor and nutritionist because I’ve struggled with eating disorders since middle school. Swapping out between anorexia and binging and purging. This has been the best thing for me.

Should have just had a bunch of nuts. 1 cups of mixed nuts is 813 calories! A medium avocado 250 calories. 10 avocados and 10 cups of mixed nuts and you go over the 10000 calories and definitely not as bad as all that sugar people try to consume to make the calorie count.
