Well done lovely!! Why not take on a Christmas themed challenge ( 24 hrs only eating) if you haven’t done it already or do only eating a certain colour food E.g pink xx
it’s refreshingly realistic how you were able to do this without having any unnecessary fats and Grease from fast foods. Also scary how little you can eat for the amounts of calories 😭😅
I didn’t include it till the milk at the end but I was slightly over 10k because of those galaxy bars anyway 🤣 thank you, I would say easy work but… 🤮🤢
