I was born in Texas and lived here my whole life! This is the best example of creativity that can only be found in Texas! I Love every aspect, the materials used, the paint, and especially that his and hers bathroom! The fireplace is absolutely awesome as well!! This totally screams Texas! Even our smaller homes try to copy this! Love it!

The house deserves to be in every major home magazine in the country. A true Texas Beauty Queen. Hats off to the builders, designers, and contractors!! Amazing job!! There was so many details, I literally had to stop the video 25 times to see it all..

Seriously I love that the utilize every piece of the sq ft print with always making notes of trying to add as much natural light into the big open rooms as well. They have the highest quality out of any manufacturer in this market for sure. I would have them come all the way to Oregon to build me one

@@TexasBestBarndominium I'm willing to bet you could also do one with a bowling alley, theatre, swimming pool, putting green, indoor golf simulator, home gym\workout room, etc. Even a flight simulator! It would just take $4,500,000 or so to build a barn palace with such amenities in addition to the actual living spaces. If I had that kind of money and was looking for a home in Texas, a " barndominium " with those amenities is what I'd go for.

What a fantastic build. Really showcases the possibilities of an unorthodox building style. People are wondering the price of this house, and I'm going to tell you with much certainty this was over $1,000,000. If it were only $100/sq ft to build, it would be $1 million. But the furnishings and unique structure and design put it well over that price point.

You have helped me to learn something important about myself while watching this video. I’m not impressed with ‘simple’ when, it relates to a new home. But when looking for a new place to live for the rest of my life, I absolutely LOVE & need detail! The more, the better. lol. And this huge (what an understatement) home, has an endless amount of details. Now my husband of 40 years, wouldn’t mind ‘simple’ in a HOME. And after he sees this video, he’ll have massive detail overload. HA! One could look at this 10k square foot home, with video on loop for hours, and still find more details. This home & the Creekside Luxury home were both gorgeous & full of details. And, I was on COVET overload. lol. Woo Hoo!

Drooling, I was sold on the master bedroom his and her own bathroom. I wasn't thrilled with the spiral staircase right in the middle of the foyer (normally it's in the kitchen or hidden) I love the Texas ambience throughout the house and the at home feel is so Texas, the space is a must. For a house this gorgeous I wasn't thrilled with the oversized air conditioning system and 8 units but YESZZZZZZ I WANT ONE

Thanks! FYI the 8 units are zoned so the idea is actually to conserve energy so they will not be running through the house all the time. That way if it’s just the kitchen and master bedroom you are primarily occupying those are the areas you want to maintain temperature. Also in the great room and upstairs loft and master bedroom there are natural gas fireplaces to maintain heat. It’s more efficient than one might imagine.

This place (Portland) used to be dream but now it is liberal cease pool shit hole. trust me when I say Oregonians are captives. Majority don’t vote the outcomes and remember, Oregon is the grandfather of mail in ballots since 1987! And guess what? That was the LAST YEAR we had a republican governor! All democrat since 1987. Stollen elections.
