Dear Garena, We as players NEED mage dupes. You guys intentionally make your fest units overpowered, and although most of us can save for enough to at least pull the mage we want, we have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to max dupe then unless were insanely lucky on a LIMITED BANNER. so PLEASE, if you guys dont wanna sell them or bring the monthly ones back, at LEAST let us get the Betelgigas raid back once a nonth minimum so even f2p players can have a way to max out thier mages. I spent 300 bucks on the Black Divider banner, and i only have him atb4 duoes with his skill page maxxed. Do you know how disheartening it is to spend 300 bucks and still not fully max a mage? If we had a monthly dupe, it wouldnt be as big a problem. PLEASE bring them back
Btw i get that its a gacha, so i was just unlucky, but im saying that it sucks so much knowing that ill have to wait a few months to get tgat last BDA dupe, and by that time he will bw irrelavant. Bring back uni dupes dammit
The reason mage dupes and skill page dupes especially are important is because festival units have such a niche time period to summon for them - what - every two months? How do you expect to retain a player base when the player is forced to such sluggish progress for a returning player.
idk if its just me but they were generous past seasons and i see them do this to net some $$ not saying they are doing it right but yeah as a f2p i cant really have everything so no complaints here since watching your vids made me use my resource more carefully

We need mage dupes we have no way to get fest units duped unless there's a re run but thats not reliable if they want money sell them they will make bank and at least we have a way to get it
I think not having uni mage dupes is good for the economy of the game so it’s harder to max out future units and thus pushes a slightly more p2p aspect which is healthy for the game buutttt I do believe they should have some alternatives for it, like somehow give it once every 2 months or trade ssr mage crystals for universals like 10 SSR mage shards for 1 universal and maybe even have a one time purchase pack of universal mage dupe like a pack of 3 uni dupes for $49.99-69.99
