C.B.I., there is an option to order packaged one on Amazon and make it at home. I tried it and it’s far from original but still way more delicious vs your average instant noodles. I can make a video out of it but not sure if its interesting enough, trying to keep it focused on the real restaurant experiences... Cheers to India and thank you for watching the video!

Hey Noor! The safest option by far would be to intentionally look for Halal restaurants or menus, there are a few of them in Japan, Korea (especially major cities). Truth to be told, I don’t know that much about Halal principles. I will invest some time to get educated about it. Thanks for the idea!
Tokyo is extremely clean and Japanese take such good care of everything. I think that rats are simply there because of the food leftovers and it was “quiet” time at 5 am. I never saw a rat during the normal hours in Tokyo so this is not a normal occurrence :) ...
You are right, Ichiran doesn’t have marinated eggs! I love eggs but this time, we had ramen so early that I didn’t feel like adding eggs and too many other extras :).
