Is the All detergent BOGO, plus $4 coupon working only with the All detergent with the orange top? I picked up 2 this morning - on my way to work (regular scent) but the $4 didn't attach. A Manager stated that because it was on sale - BOGO, the $4 wasn't supposed to come off. 😮🤔 My store did not have Scott paper towels or toilet paper or hardly any paper products.

I ask because a friend had correct All liquid, but didn't work at counter but did as a Pickup order. Thanks & if anyone can share if it did or didn't work & how, great
