Francisco Fragoeiro you won’t usually be a candidate for lasik at these higher prescriptions. As far as contacts, it is hard to get anything stronger than -20, unless you get custom made RGP lenses. We do have high Index lenses, which make glasses up to 40% thinner than they otherwise would be at a given prescription, but only if you can afford it, though looking at those lenses, they might already be high index
What surprises me is how Little difference there is in thickness between -10 to -40. The biggest difference is the optical affect when the glasses are put on the face. That's a huge difference. What index material and what type of lenses are these, so we can understand what we're looking at??
@@umairmemon8985 how i expected, minus 40... i literally cannot see anything without them. i cant distinguish things because they bled with other things. its tough, but i dont totally hate it because it can be fun sometimes like making your friends wear them 😉
Eu vi e é possível. Extrema miopia fora do comum é raridade. Já vi um perfil no Facebook de um gringo com 60 graus de miopia e o olho da pessoa é tão pequeno que de longe você quase não enxerga o olho por trás da lente.
DetPacks I have minus 40 currently. I can’t see a thing without my glasses and my phone has to be up to my face. At school, I can’t see the whiteboard even with my glasses on so I have to sit in the first line and I still see very blurry and I find my self squinting all the time! But I actually enjoy wearing my glasses and I don’t regret that much having minus forty
If you are 22 years old and wear a minus 6 power, the best thing to start doing is spend some time out of doors focusing on far objects and minimize your time spent on the smart phone or other extreme near activities. At this point in your life, your prescription should not become significantly worse.
help i'm -5 i tink but mine look like -10 like i just compared mine with the video?? is this normal?? i have thin glasses and thick lenses but they look really similar to -10
What a nice pair of glasses. However, the glasses I ordered look the same as the glasses on the screen, but they are too crude and cannot be adjusted. Did Americans deceive me or did people from other countries selling advertising products deceive me? Unfortunately, however, I exchanged mail with Americans who were deceived by other advertisements of the same product and bought the product.

@@1953childstar My doctor told me that myopia always gets worse over time, it is impossible that it will decrease over time, but I think I could go up to -5 but I don't think I will exceed that diopter, because I'm not a serious case
@@Danielmascolo2006 How old are you ??? Myopia usually does not increase much after 20. I started wearing hard contact lenses at age 9 and I now wear the same prescription that I wore at age 12. Generally the people who have changes in their prescription have a much higher minus than you.. Also, you have a degree of control.. You can remove your glasses for reading, cell phone and computer..

( Edição + 1. 75 ( quria enteder ) chego ná otica o vendedor olha pra Receta e fala pra mim : moço vou ligar lá pra oficina se ele consegue fazer essa lente : Ai eu pergumto pro vendedor Por quer ? Aí ele me fala espantado !!!! Senhor esse seu grau é muito Alto e vai ficar muito grossa sua lente. ! Ele fala espantado olhando pro meu Rosto . Alguem poderia me mostrar q grussura é essa lente ???
Seu vendedor além de burro é um ignorante total. Olhando sua receita seu grau nem é considerado alto. Minha miopia é de -2.75 -2.50 é uso uma armação fina parecida com as que foram mostradas nesse vídeo
@@foureyedchick Oh my god. Poor you. Me too, with no glasses I m totally handicapped. In fact our BIGGEST issue is the retina and vitreous severe degenerescence.
