Actually there were 2 E-Ones, D&L Engine 60 and Youth Engine. But Youth Engine took a different route since it was a San Juan City Firetruck and D&L came from Quezon City.

In my area, theres only 3 active american firetrucks, there was once 4 but the other one retired. But it is so majestic seeing american firetrucks in Philippines!
American Firetrucks in the Philippines are really really rare. European Firetrucks like MAN TGM are common because the government acquired it for every government fire station and Japanese Firetrucks are commonly used by Fire Volunteers. So an American Firetruck is really rare here.
