10 Acre organic agro farm model based on IFS. It includes the following componenets:
1. A farmhouse with parking office washroom in ground floor and 3 bedroom accomodation in first floor, solar system on the roof.
2. A staff house and 4 storage semipucca sheds.
3. A big pond and a duckery over the pond of capacity 600 ducks. Coconut trees, banana and papaya on the sides of the pond. Ducks waste will be used as food for the fishes in the pond will reduced the cost of the fishery project.
4. A Pigeon farm of capacity 100 pair.
5. 2 greenhouses for vegetable round the year. 2 nurseries are also there.
6. A mushroom farm.
7. 2 poultry farms, one for eggs and other for meat.
8. 2 dairy farms, one for milk and other for meat attached with one waste water tank and a irrigation water tank and pumping station beside the tanks on a big open yard.
9. A sheep farm having two sheds inside the huse Neem garden. The extact of the neem seeds will fullfil the requirement of the organic pesticides of the farm.
10. A vermicompost plant big enough for the full farm wastes decomposting and required fertilizer of the farm.
11. 1 acre land for seasonal crops like sunflower, meize, musturd seeds etc.
12. A block of seasonal vegetable garden.
13. A block of fruit gardens.
14. A big lotkon garden beside the sheds of the farm.
15. A long jogging track all around the farm which will work as a buffer block to seperate the organic farm from the non organic farm as well.
