This is a review of 10 summer time fragrances in my collection that are some of the best fragrances on the market for the price.
These are fragrances that are perfect for different times of year (especially summer) and some that can be worn as signature scents and in various seasons. They all cost under $20 (plus or minus a few bucks) depending on the size at discounters so there is something for everyone. These fragrances are attention grabbers.
