I think Prada L'Homme is such a beautiful, gorgeous scent and I think it's very underrated. Yes, people mention it a lot when talking about fresh scents, but always going by that day to day soapy scent, fresh out of the shower and that's about it... But this one is soooooo much more! Yes, it smells fresh and clean, but the scent is absolutely stunning, very elegant, sexy, a bit powdery and addictive in my opinion. To me is that kind of "drives me crazy" kind of scent, that one that make me roll my eyes when I smell it. By the reviews all over the internet, probably this one is "a pass" for most people, but give it a chance and smell it, it's gorgeous. Thank you for talking about it for what it truly is, not only for that already known soapiness, which is probably one of the reasons most people don't even try it... Who want's to put on perfume and only smell of soap right? 😉
Thank you for not being a snob and for liking Mont Blanc Explorer. I went to Macy's and smelled all the famous designed fragrances for men and I preferred Mont Blanc Explorer to all of them for its crispiness, freshness and great performance. It's a no brainer to wear to get out the house after a cool shower! I bought it for my man and I loved it!

I would also advise 3 "all year round" that are massive compliment getters : 1/ Parfums de Marly Darley 2/ Givenchy Gentlemen only 3/ Creed Millesime imperial
I made Prada L'Homme my signature scent. A blind bought a 1.7 bottle and immediately ordered a 3.4 bottle when I got home. Amazing scent. May be the best one I've smelled.
I like YSL Y EDP for a year round fragrance. The scent caters to Fall and Winter but you can certainly rock it Spring and Summer. Common fragrance but cant go wrong with it.
@@jdo9516 yeah the sweetness can be a little much sometimes for yourself but I think the way it smells on clothes and the projection/scent trail is absolutely insane
@@jdo9516 it is sweet. I typically only go with 2 sprays. But talk about a compliment monster, best out of my collection. I love it as well. While it is sweet, it is subdued as long as it isnt overused. Stay safe.
So when I first blind bought it, i don’t know what it is about the scent but it kind of made me nauseous. Not that it smelled bad, just that it didn’t go down well with me. But having used it for a couple of months now, it’s grown on me and I find it’s one of my most complimented scents.
My year-round fragrances are generally my "Summer" fragrances, since I have a lot of Spring, Fall and Winter ones, but none that are just great in hot weather
Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau Extrême has always been my go to for the last 5 years. Always been a good safe scent, highly complimented. I remember you talking about this fragrance a year or two ago. Time Flies.

Well do try and get your hands on it I own a lot of colones 250+bottle collection and oud wood is hands down one of THE BEST I've ever smelled you'll like it believe me let me put it this way ....my wife will NOT" let me wear it going out by myself or without her while I'm wearing oud wood so you'll like it it the ladies will too ...enjoy😉

Explorer is a mix between Aventus and Sauvage more on the Aventus side. I personally think the scent is better than Aventus. I hope the projection and the longevity gets better.
I wear Prada L'homme in both office and dates and I received lots of compliments from ladies. Maybe it is not really attractive to all men, but most women like it. I have ever let a girl smell it on a paper and she said if she were a man, she would wear it! 😂 I must admit that this fragrance reminds me of a mature, elegant and polite man.
@@lawrencewong100 I wouldn't call it a sexy fragrance. It's an incredibly mass appealing scent that works well any time. A sexier version of this scent would be original santal by Creed. It's 3-4 times as expensive and a warmer version of sandalwood thanks to the cinnamon accord. Prada L'Homme Intense is more like what to wear during a relationship. I'd say what you want to wear to get women depends on the circumstances. Are you looking for attention in the club? Ultra Male. Are you trying to land a one night stand at a bar full of late 20-early 30-somethings? Wear One Million. Are you on a date? Then By The Fireplace. Actually, just get By The Fireplace.
@@muhammedsatici17 Depending on your perspective. I think for most people, none of these are cheap. Prada L'Homme intense is around 70 online usually but you can get it for more like 60. Creed will run 200-250. By The Fireplace is more like 130. All in USD
I’ve been wearing YSL L’Homme a lot lately and I actually love Explorer. So easy to wear. Has a very nice sparkly clean bergamot opening and stays fresh. I’ve never made a connection between Prada L’Homme and Icon

LeBeautiful Dude I think it has quite a decent performance. Not really weak at all. When I wear it I could still smell it in my jumper after like 2 days dude or my nose is just sensitive.

That way I can refer to my pictures taken and remember your recommendations. When I make my purchases, I then can delete them.
Good video and content. The FAR majority of fragrance users mostly stay in the designer realm. Makes sense to go with a designer all seasons top performers. Again, great stuff and on point.....

These are all good designers but like you I much prefer niche houses like PDM, Initio, Amouage, Kilian, ATH, Nasomatto, MFK and Roja Dove to name some of my favorites. I owe you a hugh thanks for PDM and Initio, you were the first to mention how great they were. I will say I do love Tom Ford though.
I recently picked up Prada L'homme L'Eau. It's an amazing scent. I've not been able to compare it to the original L'homme, but if it's better than the L'Eau, I'll have to buy it

I Own 4 from this list, almost pulled the trigger for YSL L'homme (bcs Demi Recommendation) but backed down because of the performance... Solid list, Can't mention everyday scent without AHSEE and Prada L'homme

Great review Demi! I own Dunhill Icon and I completely agree with your assessment. It's a hidden gem imho and it's just a beautiful fragrance. @@vive928 I'm referring to Dunhill Icon the original, which is the grey bottle. Dunhill Icon racing is a different fragrance as the bottle is green. I hope that helps!

Don't know if I'm just going nose blind to it, but Mont blanc explorer, lasts about an hour on me. If that!! Terre de Hermes intense vetiver is one well worth a sniff though. I'd love your opinion on that one Demi.

Also, nice to hear you talking about Prada Lhomme and especially dunhill's icon. When you said at the beginning of the video that you love terre de hermes I thought you really need to try dunhill icon then. I got the Versace Eros flame and Pourhomme. Last week got Dylan blue too. Good for the hot summers of Dubai. Tried Narcesco Rodriguez & Kenzo Tokyo but in the summer heat can't take them. You're reviews are sure recommendation. 🙂 And it helps. Dunhill Icon (silver) is a beautiful perfume too. Did you try DuPont for ladies? I don't think Mont Blanc makes explorer anymore. Do you have any other recommendations on a similar price level? I think the Armaf club de nuit doesn't last very long.

Hey if you are thinking of buying Explorer, go and test it in your skin first if possible.. I blind bought it and for me it lasts 2-3 hours tops, even though it is an EDP. The smell is great but it doesn’t last for me so whats the point
