I think the shoe rack , air purfier projector and water filter are smart I don't like people tracking the outside I my house. Projector are cheaper than a TV . I don't watch TV but if I have a projector when company over that's works just as well. With asthma and allergies a purifier is a need not a have. Water is essential
Okay Nick with the expensive appliances👀🤣… Great video though. As for a video suggestion: 1) How do you manage your schedule with content work and your on the clock job? 2) Locations in NYC you highly recommend to visit
Im sure your intentions were good when making this, and your apartment seems to fit you as a person, but it does seem dark and cluttered, just too much electronics/plastic everywhere, i feel like these essentials were more to impress friends that functionality of the home. Good video.
Dude, what world are you living in??? Hahaha... Most silver spoon essentials I've ever seen haha. I thought you'd be like, buy an old couch, buy IKEA furniture, buy some knives for the kitchen... and you're hear talking about bluetooth speakers, wireless vaccums and air purifiers!!
Several of the biggest market experts have been voicing their opinions on exactly how awful they think the next downturn would be, and how far equities may have to go, as recession draws closer and inflation continues well above the Fed's 2% objective. I'm trying to build a portfolio of at least $850k by the time I'm 60, therefore I need suggestions on what investments to make......
I've been in touch with a financial analyst ever since I started my business. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending stocks, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over $900k in a little over a year, my adviser chooses entry and exit orders.
One thing I would add as an essential is a safe. Things happen and god forbid in the event of an emergency where you need to evacuate in a matter of seconds, it’s best to have all your important documents and memorabilia in the same location to grab and go. Also, be sure to make electronic copies of all important documents (drivers license, credit cards, lease paperwork, passport, birth certificate, etc) and receipts in case hard copies get lost/damaged.
@@SelenaY.1331 They cost $40 on amazon. If you value your own life and your belongings, Im pretty sure two hours of your weekly paycheck is worth keeping your entire life in. Little known fact, it costs more to get a replacement birth certificate, ssn, and passport individually than it does to get a simple safe or fire box.
The hate is at all time high in this comment section. People bitching about what essentials are , video clearly says apartment for young adults. The man has transitioned out of college and has a job and his own space and is just giving some recommendations for products. Not sure what the issue is 🤔
1:12 You cannot get surround sound from 2 speakers. If you don't know audio, at least get a sound bar that is 3.1 or 5.1 that supports Dolby Digital or DTS 5.1. If you do know audio, you're getting your own speakers anyways.
His hair is HILARIOUS and he keeps saying "I'm not gonna lie" it's like a terrible parody. Possibly the worst verbal crutch you can have to make yourself sound dishonest and crazy. Just talk. There's no need for the dramatics. You're not making yourself more relatable by pointing out that you're "not lying" every 5 seconds.
@@NicolasChae Most products that you mentioned in the video are products that a student or a young adult cannot afford. I watched every video of yours and loved each one of them but this one isn't my favorite. My opinion.
I went to my friends apartment in ny he went to NYU for dentistry he had all asian roommates that smoked weed but his bathroom was beyond disgusting from the toilet to the sink amd shower just filth and hair everywhere
Great video ❤ I just got my first apartment last year and I won’t lie I was stressful asl trying to get paystub and bank statements I had to pay a vendor online
Remarkable work! This content is fantastic. I found something similar, and it was beyond words. "The Joy of Less: A Minimalist Living Guide" by Matthew Cove
What is the name of the projector and how did you manage to arrange all those apps? Watched this part severally and still don't get the name? Thanx in advance
