I was in Iceland from June 30th to July 8th 2023 with my older brother and sister and my nephews. We took a bus tour around the whole island and also visited a few of the sights from your video and some that weren't in your post because they were in the north and east of the island. And as you mentioned in your post Iceland is not particularly big, but it seems huge because it is so sparsely populated! At least for Mich. Unfortunately we missed the volcanic eruption by two days. I still say today (jokingly) that the volcano is afraid of us, which is why it only erupted after we were far away in our home country of Austria. 😅😂😂

Thank you very much! Arctic Adventures is a great company. And the bus company I used for the highlands trip (forgetting the name but should be mentioned here) they were great! Have such a great trip! Maybe a chance for northern lights in October too!

Please not that the waves are VERY strong in Reynisfjara and several people have drowned when the waves pull then out. It's highly dangerous to step into the sea.
