Thank you for declaring the video was sponsored by the maker of these tables. It's always important to be honest about that. Personally I'd dispute the comment that you can't play board games on an ordinary (dining) table... yes of course you can, with a suitable cloth to drape over it to give a better playing surface. I can see *some* appeal to the accessories, not least the usb charger for the recent trend of app driven games, but I don't feel I *need* any of them for gaming. The sunken playing surface is something that has never appealed, aesthetically or ergonomically. For me a solution for something that's definitely not a problem for me, and indeed I suspect that's true for most gamers. Fine if it's a luxury that people are happy to splurge on, perhaps as a statement of their commitment to the hobby.

I know what you mean, but that also depends on what type of games you play, I have also a great large oak table that is perfect for games that are finished in one sitting but any Long campaign games such as Glooheaven, Oatsworn, or Vanguard are a total nightmare to keep packing up, and then trying to remember where we left off and set up everything again the way we left off... the ability to just store everything till next session would be a godsend for me, plus I have cats that would jump and mess up everything ... so to be able just to put a cover over everything rather than keep packing up, and restoring the session each time would be great for me ...
