@@Bryson.StephensI have three big bottles. Eros Flame, Coach for men, and Legend Spirit. Flame being my favourite. I also have three from scentbird. YSL Y EDP, Burberry hero, and prada black. All three are amazing. Ysl probably my favourite though of the three. I definitely wanna look into some more colognes cause I only have three bottles. Any recommendations?

I agree with Electrolytes. I take em at night as well. It relaxes the heart. Magnesium is just overall relaxing for a better nights sleep and the sodium potassium pump to push potassium in the cell. It affects ATP.

I'd throw in a D3 supplement and get atleast 25k IU's a day as its difficult to get it all from the sun, especially with some seasons. Also combine it with with K2 to get it in inside the bone.

25k IU a day? are you crazy? That amount can kill somebody, change it so no one takes it as advice. Recommendation for adults is 800-2000 IUs a day

Off topic but I bought your workout program ("Bigger and Stronger") a while ago and really enjoyed month 1's exercises and had no desire to move onto month 2, would I still see similar progress if I just stuck to month 1?
