All I can think about is possible flooding. The pictures of Prairieville were all floods in the street. Other than that, it might be great.

This video must be very old. There's no booming economy in Baton Rouge, but the crime rate is up exponentially 😂😂. Complete shit hole of a city to live in. Same thing in New Orleans. Filthy city, very dangerous place to be, incredibly high crime and murder rate.
