Have you been lately? We went a year ago we spent a ton of money we tipped well and were treated like crap by the locals. Why? Because just like every place else they are sick of people who come to their state and disrespect their lifestyle their way of life and run up the cost of housing for over paying for property because they can crushing the very people who make the place special. Yes it is expensive it is beautiful but come to visit not to move too they have no vacancies.
