I have no problem wearing some male targeted fragrances at all. But some days I do want to feel more girly and I do look for ones that is on the more feminine side. Thank you for making a video for us ladies ❤

I love Cafe Rose! I have no problem using fragrances that are «male targeted» if I like how they smell. I just find hard to figure out from a description how the fragrance will smell, cause sometimes they smell «masculine» to my nose. This is why I almost do not blind buy, with a few exceptions if the fragrance is already recommended by a woman or a man saying it does not smell masculine 🙂My Tom Ford ranking would be 1-Black Orchid, 2-Noir de Noir, 3- Noir Extreme, 4- Cafe Rose, 5- Fucking Fabulous
I love these. Noir de Noir, Soleil Blanc (and Eau de Soleil Blanc) are some of my favorites. I still love Neroli Portofino and Mandarino di Amalfi, Tobacco Vanille plus Ébène Fumé, but those are more unisex.
Noir de Noir is my favorite scent from Tom Ford. I wish I had smelled the vintage formulation but even the modern one I just can't get enough of. The rose in it is to die for and the sweetened patchouli in the opening is so smooth. I just bought a new bottle of Soleil Blanc and also the glittery scented body oil for Summer, but then it started raining non stop where I live and haven't been able to use it. Sun Goddess from Musicology is meant to be quite similar with better longevity, but I adore the sparkly bergamot in the opening of SB and the creamy Coco de Mer. I haven't been able to try Cafe Rose yet but I'm looking forward to the new release, although Rose Prick and the rose garden collection just didn't do it for me, the performance was too weak. I enjoy F-ing Fabulous occasionally but prefer it on my hubby, I quite like Neroli Portofino also even though its not what I would consider an original scent. I'll always love my bottle of Lost Cherry even though I hate the performance, I've been reaching for my sample of Gritti's Duchessa which has a much more boosted Cherry. Bitter Peach wasn't great on my skin, it had a fermented fruit kind of vibe that I couldn't get into. I'm still upset about Soleil Brulant smelling like vegetable soup to my nose.
As a dude I can't wait to try Café Rose. I really love both notes. I personally don't think there's such thing as a "female" or "male" fragrance, people should wear whatever they like. Btw, "femme" is pronounced like "fam".
I got Rose Prick and Vanille Fatale because of your recommendation ❤ between Soleil blanc And soleil neige, I opted for the latter I also have Ombré Leather which I really love
No problem here with feminine fragrances as you said I wear what I want when I want, right know it's 95° F outside and I'm wearing HDP 1740 it's amazing in the heat!!! Haven't tried Cafe Rose but I definitely will try it, In fact there are a lot from the list that I haven't tried, but I have the ones I love and at those prices there are fragrances that I personally find more interesting to buy. Great picks and ranking Sebastian. White Suede is my favourite summer scent and Noir de Noir is just one of the best ever (it has a scent memory I still can't put my finger on and adore it). For me as a woman, the dry down on the original Ombre Leather is just fantastic (takes about an hour to get there, and when it does, it is addictive). 💜 Looking forward to your thoughts on the new CafeRose
I love jasmine so it's no wonder Jasmin Rouge is one of my favs. I also really like SOLEIL BLANC and Noir pour femme. I also think I would have liked Shanghai Lily if it was still around.

I adore Black Orchid. I've been curious about Velvet Orchid and want to check it out to see if I will also like it. I really want to try Noir De Noir as well. I love rose and it has lots of other dark, sexy notes that I love.
Been waiting for this video for an eternity! TF does have some great feminine fragrances. My top is Jasmin Rouge. Some left off your list that are feminine and really really good are Velvet Orchid and Santal Blush.
I never buy TF full price. I just wait to see what comes at the CCO. Thats how Ive gotten Noir De Noir, Rose D'Almafi and Soleil Neige. Soleil Niege you need to get your nose on that! Hoping Metallique ends up a CCO at some point

My top TF faves for myself are Vanille Fatale, Soleil Blanc, and Tobacco Vanille and I looooove Oud Wood on my hubby. I'm not super wow'd by much else I've tried from him and I'm super irritated by the prices. I do decants only for his fragrances. Thanks for this list, Sebastian! 👍
Venetian bergamote and tobacco vanille are absolutely unisex scents and should totally be on the list, in my opinion... ombre leather is kinda on my wishlist.. It should be nice with layering as well as on its own. (I'm a woman). Venetian bergamote is quite sensual. And tobacco vanille is quite alluring and a bit mystical.. I could go on, but anyhow..very floral leaning list.... but there are quite a lot of gems there, and within the TF line. Thanks for good fragrance reviews. Silje.
I do collect TF fragrances. My favorites are Lost Cherry, Mandarino de Amalfi, Oud Minerale, White Suede, Soleil Neige, Rose de Amalfi and Noir de Noir. I've noticed that they have released limited Flacons at Neiman Marcus which I would also love to collect but are cost prohibitive for me. I do have two 50ml bottles of Rose de Russie but I have not opened them. I also collect Soleil Blanc for my daughter, its one of her favorites. I do like Rose Prick, and I'm thinking of picking up the Flacon in this. Thank you for doing this video!
I’m a big fan of Lost Cherry, Soleil Blanc, and Bitter Peach, despite their poor performance or longevity on my skin, and their ridiculously hefty price. I also have Noir de Noir and I feel that it’s underrated, I think this one is worth the price. I agree…hands down, one of the best TF fragrances😊
one thing I discovered with many fragrances and particularly with Soleil Blanc is that after I use up about 10ml of the fragrance it gets a lot more long lasting and with better longevity. maybe my skin just adapts and learns to work with the molecules or maybe the air that takes up the space in the bottle enhances the fragrance's qualities
Your top 4 are my top 4! I’ve worn these for years, and still love them. I also have and wear Tobacco Vanille (I have no problem wearing masculine-targeted scents) and Ombré Leather. But the top 4 you mentioned are by far the ones I wear the most. I haven’t purchased any Tom Ford fragrances in a while, definitely not since all the price increases. And, I haven’t liked any of the more recent releases either.
Does anyone here have a suggestion for a feminine perfume that is the epitome of purity and innocence? It doesn't have to be associated with Tom Ford, although I love the idea of this video. Thanks for putting it out there Perfume Guy.
Oud fleur is amazing, my #1 for the fall. I know it’s discontinued but I was able to find a few bottles at the outlets last year. Also, how are you missing F fabulous from both lists? It’s literally F fabulous! Thanks for 2 great videos.

Agree with every fragrance on this list but would’ve loved to have seen Shanghai Lily on there. I blind bought it a few years back off a Demi Rawling video and it’s just beautiful ❤🪷
@@ThePerfumeGuy I think I got lucky as I found mine on eBay, hardly used. Although, I went to Marbella only a few years ago and they sold SL in the Puerto Banus TF store, just 50 ml bottles.
I'm a man and I'd be more apt to buy/wear Cafe Rose in the new bottle...It looks nicer now. I wear a lot of scents targeted to women, though. I've loved/worn Black Orchid for many years now.
We just got Café Rose in the store I work in this week and it’s such a good scent. I smell the Bulgarian rose and patchouli for sure. The coffee is there but it’s only for a brief moment. I think a guy could pull this off for sure. I wore it in the store and when I got off, a few people said I smelled good.

There's a few Tom Fords that I wear that are "targeted" or labeled for women. I think the most wearings I have, within this type, would be from a different house though. Amouge's Material.
Still doesn’t matter but I liked back in the day when all Tom Ford releases were ‘Women and Men’ just decide if it’s for you. Much more niche back then. Love that new bottle style. All the ‘femine’ releases are much more interesting 😅
Actually thank you for reminding me, Sebastian, cause I Actually need to buy another bottle of Noir De Noir but this time, I think that I might have to bite the bullet and buy a much bigger bottle. 😊 But to answer your question, bottles definitely don't stop me, as I personally wear female scents. I probably get some strange looks in the gym too 😂
I love both types , winters i def swing more smokey boozy etc and summer bit lighter. But remember if im buying for a daughter mother sister they may not like what i like so its good to know a variety . ❤
I've been searching out samples of Tom Ford and I love vanille fatale omg in the dry down definitely had a caramel smell. Ahh and I just had rose prick turn up and it smells divine. Good projection too
I love Champaca Absolute very floral wedding vibe. Which is so different than my usual favorites being more smokey, vanilla, jasmine with a touch of tabacco.

The only Tom Ford I enjoy is White Suede and it is great for layering. Bitter Peach was ghastly. TF is just not the house for me, I think their prices are out of control.
Great list. I have all the top 5. I’m still wearing my 2012 Noir de Noir and first release White Suede (which I feel is a superbly classy feminine scent). I also love Metallique as it reminds me of my beloved Musk Pure ❤️
I find it weird that marketers promote the idea that smells have a gender! I’m a woman, but if I like the way a fragrance “for men” smells, I’ll wear it! That being said, I tend to be less interested in designer releases that are marketed to men, because I’m not a fan of barbershop or aquatic profiles when they’re very amped up, and I find that’s often the case. So I often use “for women” or “unisex” as a way to filter out those scents. And I love this list!
Tom Ford 1) Lost Cherry 2) Soliel Blanc 3) Soliel Neige 4) Santal Blush 5) Jasmin Rouge I hate patchouli. Think it makes a fragrance smell outdated and dirty. And makes it project in a bad way.
Tom Ford White Patchouli is a fragrance I wore in 2010-2012. I loved it. But honestly it's no longer in regular rotation. It's also on it's way out/discontinued so I don't currently own a full bottle anymore sadly! Although I smelled something recently that reminded me of it. Now I can't remember what it was!! :)
I have a bottle but most people get pissed off if I recommend discontinued fragrances. There's stock out there at discounters selling for around $300 a bottle. I like it! :)
