I neglected exercise totally regret it! Looking back wish I would have walked, stretched and moved more. Currently 37 weeks now and trying to move more but deff suggest to other moms -keep movinggggg! 🙏🏽
I usually told I shouldn't be exercising. I've been weightlifting since 3m+ Currently 34 weeks pregnant, I feel it's a huge help for strength, digestive and mood. I enjoy it. Then I think I won't be able to do it for 6 weeks😬 I'll lift while I can, before baby.
38 weeks & 4 days with our first baby! Been watching your series since week 5 all the way from Trinidad 🇹🇹! Getting a little anxious about labor but remaining positive that it will start naturally.
Wow Trinidad? Thank you for your comment. I feel so honored that these videos are being watched world wide. Stay positive, you are going to do great, and you'll be cuddling that little one before you know it.
Seriously listen to all these, pregnant momma! I slacked in a couple areas and had a rough labour. I know it happens, and everyone says it’s not my fault, but i still blame myself and I recommend avoiding the guilt if you can. My biggest pregnancy tip is just to enjoy your time as much as possible (responsibly ofc). Take care of your mental health!! Easier said than done, the hormones and pain is getting to you I know it. But after birth the hormones will hit you like they’ve never done in your life before. It’s intense. And you’ll most likely be in pain too, unless you’re super lucky and have a super smooth labour. And your days during pregnancy count as much as the days with your baby too… just fill those days with happy memories as much as possible. I know it’s hard, trust me, I dealt with a lot during my pregnancy and it was just me and my man. But I regret not letting go of the stress and scary thoughts, and not being more open with my man and friends or anybody. Somebody needs to be there for you. And if no one is there for you then do something for yourself. Care for yourself in some way.
Thank you for sharing your experiences. I think when more people share what they are going through, it helps others to not feel so alone. You are a big hearted person for opening up and sharing. Thank you again.
Im 23 weeks and 2 days ..I am so excited to meet my 3rd baby girl omg 3 girls ! I am feeling so much movement . Also good luck to all moms and dads to be!
Diana, your videos accompanied me throughout my pregnancy, and I just gave birth to a perfect healthy baby last month. Thank you for all that you do!!!
Jasminelipska thank you so much for your comment. You have made my day. I'm so happy to have helped. And a big congratulations on your perfect little baby😍
30 weeks and 5 days with baby #7, I’ve been preparing for my 3rd home birth and I’ve been so tired all at the same time! The hip pain is taking me out as well. Today I went for a walk and spent the rest of the day in bed, children was all over the place and hubby was too. Idk how I’m gonna get through these next few months (postpartum included).
Love this! Im pregnant with my first and wondering if you could talk about struggling to bond with baby or worried about bonding/lack of emotional connection. Don’t hear it too much!
33 weeks and 4 days , been watching your weekly videos from weeks 8 , me i would force my husband to wave with me at first but now its become normal to watch you every Sunday morning 🤣😚. Love your vids
Hi Diana, thank you for making these videos-VERYYY HELPFUL Could you make a video about natural holistic home treatments for PUPPS( I've been experiencing the most annoying rash and stretch mark issue). So far I'm in my 37th week and I'm going through most symptoms such as heartburn, constipation and rashes. So far my midwife recommended Wonder belly Antacid which is SUPER safe for heartburn and works. And Natural Calm magnesium supplement for constipation which in putting to the test right now. So far it has softened my stools and it's SUPER SAFE.
What about weight lifting during each trimester? Only 5 weeks and have only walked but before this, I was doing crossfit and lifting 20-60 pounds. I want to go back to my workouts & weight lifting but nervous

Currently 12 weeks taking ptu and had 100 mg of aspirin prescribed. Since I have hyperthyroidism and seems positive for APAs . A bit worried about these medications.
What about those of us that regularly lift weights for exercise reasons? I’m only 4 weeks, after embryo transfer, and I would like to head back to the gym but I’m a little scared.
MegSquats Plus1 program if you have already been lifting. Obviously run by your provider, but mine thought it was great. Lots of focus on pelvic floor and optimizing abdominal pressure.
I been struggling with veggies and whole grains 😞 just not used to eating them. But overall thankful to be healthy and capable to do better. 30 weeks strong 💪🤰💖
I’m 38 weeks & I’ll be having my precious baby next week 💖 praying for a successful delivery in Jesus name 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 #noweaponformedagainstusshallprosper

I’m in week 20, they told me i have anterior placenta and I have prominent placental lakes… they didn’t really explain much and just told me to rest and I did revert to google and RU-vid to find more about it… I’m still confused whether it’s risky condition or not because I read it’s common
I found out I was pregnant at 16 weeks and haven't been taking prenatal vitamins ...most of my child bones are already formed is it too late to start taking them would it make a difference
I have a healthy pregnancy, and in my 26th week, but want to keep picking up or holding my son sometimes. He is 16mo and weighs 26lb. I have starting carrying him for shorter amounts of time and I do listen to my body, so I hope this will be okay! Luckily he is walking well and I helped him by a harness (a little support from above) to walk up his first 2 flights of stairs today, so I don't have to carry him up anymore when we go on a little walk each day.
Hey I'm in south Africa an I'm15 Weeks pregnant i Need help to be hydrated because me and water we're not in the team what can I do too Be more hydrated.
Hey! I’m 18 weeks right now and drinking plain water has been an issue for me as it makes me nauseous and the taste is horrible so what I’ve been doing is mixing apple juice with water, like 1/4 apple juice for the taste and the fill the rest with water. It’s not too sweet but also helps me drink more fluids throughout the day. Add some ice to it and it’s very refreshing! Hope this helps and btw you can use your preferred juice ;)
I had my first in January and your week by week videos were so helpful. I’m currently 11 weeks with #2 😂 once again, I’m back to your page daily. Could you make a video about any info needed about having babies so close together? People keep saying it’s dangerous but I’d love to hear more info.
