'And then there were none' is probably the best thriller I have ever read. I haven't read 'Diary of the Wimpy Kid' but my son had the whole series and was crazy about it. 'Shiva Trilogy' is again awesome and I agree with you, the last book in the series wasn't that good. Murakami's book seems interesting. I haven't read Murakami yet and this book seems like a good start. Nice recommendations on the whole.
Avani Didi, I am not a beginner reader. I have been reading for as long as I can remember. I read And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie a few months ago and I fell in love with the suspenseful story. It is a complex mystery about several deaths on Soldier Island. The next book I am going to read is The Giver by Lois Lowry. I read The Boy in the Striped Pajamas by John Boyne last year and the ending left me in tears. The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank is my favorite book related to the Holocaust. I endeavor to read The Strange Library by Haruki Murakami. If you enjoy reading magical realism, you need to read A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness. It is my goal to actuate others to read more. I love you

i love love love anne frank book this is a really nicce book when jewish suffered from the nazis and anne have to hide from nazis and the his dad's friend help them to get the required groccery and stuff for home he also got some books for anne to read and she got this dairy she used to call her kitty and made it her best friend because she of course cannot go school or make friends at this time so she made it her best friend....and she is facing difficult times during world war and so on....read this book you guys will love it it was just a simple intro to this book but there is a lot in that book so her experiences during world war and much more! one more this this book author is not sponsoring me to write this comment ! lol
Hello Avni, Hope you are doing well. I completed boy in striped pyjamas yesterday. I loved it. I enjoyed the relationship between characters in this book. They felt authentic. I wish friendship between Bruno and Shmuel should be immortal as any Unrequited lovers like Romeo and Juliet etc. Also I read metamorphosis a novella last month. It is in magical realism and classic. It is about a man in trouble profession volunteer to work for sake of his family woke up and turned into bug. How his family treats him is the entire story. I would recommend you to read it. It is sad story about reality of life and relationship
