Personally I wouldn't recomand CORDELIUS to be maxed... he seems a hard brawler to balance so when he will get the nerf next update he would probably be an D-C brawler instead of S, it would be wasted power points and coins.
And also Cordelius is everywhere on solo or duo showdown, Cordelius haves advantage to use super on someone to team and survive to get free win, but it doesnt rlly work all the time. His poison mushroom gadget is absolutely broken, its like Otis super but its just the half seconds of the super. In big game, he is undefeatable, impossible to beat since you use super on someone to just run away and hide. And he is very toxic (Brawl Talk literally said that) since you use super on the mega brawler and people get very mad on you. So my idea to get Cordelius nerf is: Cordelius super movement speed 20% to 15% Cordelius super reload speed 30% to 20% His poison mushroom instead of 1.5 to 1 second And his HP of 4800 to 4500 at max level. Hope this makes a good difference.
And yes I do agree, and he is so hard to rank him up because yeah, Cordelius everywhere, they silence you with the gadget and boom, you dead. But also, just one mushroom that you miss when using a gadget to someone, you dead also.
I've been thinking for a while that crows main complaint is the gadget. I think it could be easily reworked to slow them only for the rest of the initial posion duration. Idk i know his poison resets and doesnt stack so theres gonna have to be an internal timer added but it'd eliminate crows ability to slow on the last second of the posion while trying to get the other 2 brawlers hit as well.
He clearly states at the very intro that this is the top 10 brawlers to max out if "YOU WANT A HIGHER RANK AND IT'S PL BASED",I would understand if this message was anywhere else but it's literally at the start of the video,how the F can you miss that?

u know what a team with grom and crow is just breaking the team like i got a team with lvl 8 grom and another team member was just randumb but still carried whole team with crow and grom if skilled players are using these 2 players they are insanely good i am seeing this duo a lot .
bro did you watch emea monthly finals? sam is too good right now, of course he requires a lot of skill so definitely not one of the best brawlers to max out. i think for power league, bea is still really good, obviously not a first pick everywhere like she used to be. there are so many good brawlers rn. anyway, you should continue the brawler guide series, it’s so useful
I think they should leave shelly in the meta for more time as almost since the start of the game she was the worst brawler in the game. Finally, she is a good brawler. The funny part is who could have thought a movement speed buff would make her one of the best brawlers in the game.

Please when u do this ranking tell people that which brawlers might get nerfed so they can think about maxing itor not long ago when I was a new player I maxed out buster bcz he was so op and then he isn't even playable now so as a f2p player this is a big issue 😅
Does maxing out mean just the levels or also having a gadget, sp and two gears. What’s more important leveling up, gadgets, sps or gears. On my account the main problem is coins and I have all gadgets and sps so Im just missing gears and more levels to upgrade. Ik now that I should only buy gadgets and sps if they’re good lol.
I have maxed Tick,Gene,Spike and Amber and I will max out Otis pretty soon as well as I have a ton of brawlers at power 9 for me to max out or I can also max out lower leveled brawlers with enough resources
I think good way to nerf shelly is either to nerf her clay pigeons gadget or her movement speed to fast instead of very fast, but i don't want them to make her an F tier brawler again, because i like playing her, it's a lot of fun

Im not so good at bs, I just play for fun. A already had 3 or 4 brawlers at Rank 24, but then I stopped playing bs for months, and almost all my brawlers were at 500 trophies.

1 option would be the best. What makes her so broken with the speed and clay pigeons she gets an super so fast and after that it is impossible to push her. Maybe carte rate could also be a good nerf. Because tanks won't get reverse ulted

I am really low (bronze III) and last time I was playing out in the open and the enemy team picked piper and Edgar, and I picked Shelly to counter edger and also because I didn’t know what to pick (only 4 brawlers power 9) and they picked buzz last for no reason, and I got 9 kills and died 0 times😂 (mortis picked off piper 3 times and the max on our team died 4 times and got no kill)
Chester is already the luck factor of the game , we don't need more of that and we don't need less of that , anyway the knockback was unbalancable , don't ever bring it back

She has great health, long ranged, anti tank, can kill bea crow..., you can play safe with her with her ego or agressive omg she is realllllly strong. She is the first and last character i got its title and it was easy bcuz she is strong
He has never been underrated lol , now he is not the most meta but he is still one of the top brawlers and previously he used to be meta for a long time
As a shelly main who plays decently, the most annoying brawler to face is Tara, trust me on this one. When coming through the bushes with my speed gear, tara knows where will i come from and is prepared, her attacks have a decent damage too and the 3-4 shadows that spawn out distract me and waste my ammo and in the meanwhile she just supers me and I'm almost done for, try long range gadget and she'll just hide, man she's annoying against shelly
It is really worth upgrading a brawler like Shelly who always gets banned? Like yeah she’s really good but does that matter if I never even get a chance to play her. I don’t really want to put resources into someone I’ll never get to play

Tick is not your need to be max but HIS NEED TO BE MAX, without the shield gear you'll be crying to Mandy's ult and ofc the mythic head gear's a must for him, i'm a throw main, for Grom i think he's not that important to be maxed, he is fine only in level 9 tho

However, on the other hand i found that somehow its pretty hard to follow ur gameplay cuz all the editing shit often confused me.
