These are awesome CapCut Effects! I am usually using Final Cut Pro but I find myself switching to Capcut more and more often because of the amazing free stuff on CapCut. Thanks for making this video 🙏
Thanks for the vid, subscribed ! Question for you though.. On the re-sizing / auto-reframe option... How do we STOP it from "auto-tracking" the footage ?! I do not want Capcut to track what I shot.. Is there a way to turn that off ?!
The secret is Compound Clips. Compound clips allow you to move from timeline to timeline losslessly. I didn't figure this out. I will try to remember the channel and give credit but here it is: Select a compound clip, right click and select "Save Preset" (about mid-way down the menu.) In a new project, in the materials panel (top left), on the "Import" tab, the 3rd item down is "Your Presets." Click that and your compound clips saved as presets are there. That's what I'm seeing in the desktop app on PC, v4.3.0. In the desktop app on PC, v4.6.0 beta 1, "Your presets" is the 4th item down, and it's at the same level as "Device", not under it. However, there's a new menu item "Subprojects" which is under "Device" in the spot where "Your presets" was. If you click "Subprojects" you'll need to click the little + button next to import on the screen to the right of the menu. Then you'll see many of your compound clips, not just ones saved as presets. Assuming they keep this functionality, it appears "compound clips" will be referred to as "subprojects", based on what I'm seeing in the menus in this 4.6.0-b-1 version.
