My favorite is Fiji it takes very clean and I like Penta water. Fiji water is not spring water, it is artesian and from a volcanic rock filtering system. Which probably why it tastes earthy to you, 😅! Which I completely understand!

Purified water is boiled tap water with extra salt and chlorine in it. Spring water has all the minerals your body needs day to day 😂😂😂

That’s so funny you mentioned about the commercials. My daughter pays around $15 so what ever she’s watching won’t be interrupted. I think that’s the craziest thing because they’re never that long. To me that says you are impatient for real. When they come up when I’m on line, I watch the clock count down so I can skip and never even know what the add is really about lol. I guess I’m displaying a tad bit of impatience too. Lol

I found recipes online that gives a healthier and more nutritious version of food like these foods. Like i found out you can season and cook tofu to taste like meat like chicken, beef and pork. The food itself, especially if you make it at home doesn’t weigh you down and mess with your health like these foods will. I only know this because i’m currently trying to change my eating habits for my health as well. So i watch videos like this to just live vicariously through the people in the video. I also think about how would the food make me feel after i eat it before i think about possibly consuming it. So when i think about eating fast food or foods like in the video, i always feel sick knowing that it will make me feel weighted down, elevated heart rate, get warm from my pressure possibly rising and my bowels acting up later on. I also think about if it would be worth it for me to consume the food when it does nothing for my body and all the chemicals in the food that is poison for my body. It turns me off so quickly from wanting it anymore.

AJ!!!!!!!!!! ONE of my favorite meals. What was the white liquid you poured on the tacos? Another question: Does it make a difference putting those hard shells in the oven? I’ve never put those in the oven but it makes sense.

And the directions on the box of shells explains to bake them before eating too...if you're referring to baking the shells themselves. 🌮 😊 Then separately, him baking the assembled tacos themselves is just personal preference to get 'em all good & melty. 😋

When it comes to special orders, I personally don’t have a problem with it. If u’re paying for it, u shd get it the way u want it. I’m picky, I guess, so there are a lot of foods that I don’t eat. Usually that means I’m not even going into some restaurants, but in the case of something like burgers, I’m for sure going to tell them how I want it. Loved the video as usual btw ❤❤

AJ-yes they do- I’ve watched it for years and yes they do!!!! Granted we all have to watch our intake-but I remember a dear friend of mine-would eat everything her husband will feed her-fried,salty and greasy-it didn’t matter-he eventually lost the weight-she did not-it was almost a method of control-as if he wanted her to stay large with him-but I’m no where near small myself-but I try to eat as healthy as possible- when your breathing changes, and you start becoming so defensive-swelling of the lower extremities, puffiness of the face-and you become “winded” so easily-you know it’s that time to make some adjustments-but I do enjoy you all-I wish you all nothing but God’s blessings and a the greatest wealth of all-health-and please know this is from a place of experience
