I tried for so long to wrap my head around Buddhism especially regarding the need to attune better to what others were going through, but I had it backwards...I am already acutely aware of the emotions and energies of other people. I had been taught by society to completely hate myself and to reject myself because I was already attuned--and that it is shameful for a man to be peaceful, kind, and not trying to conquer and put others down in order to gain dominance. I had been taught that what I was noticing was shameful and wrong, and that the entire burden was with me. Yet at this point in my life, I am so glad that I am the way that I am, and that I am so far away from 'normal'. But it's been a long journey in learning to accept what I am, and to see why those traits of high empathy and natural harmonizer are valuable. I never wanted to get an ego rush from these things, I always hated the charlatans and phonies I saw using their gifts for personal gain. But I have finally come to accept that I have some spiritual gifts that are here in the world for good reasons.
It is time for the waves of facilitators of Healing take their place to help the collective consciousness to enter in to these new frequencies. We are all connected and have our part to play. I feel so much excitement over this wave of Energy that is here. We are One my Loves. Love, Joy, Peace, and Light to each and everyone of US.
To be perfectly honest, it absolutely sucks to be too feeling everything from plants,animals, and people. It's overwhelming at times. Isolation is much much needed so we can reup. Stalkers flock to us wherever we move,zero social media is my life saver 🙌

As a child early as 5 or 6, my mother would take me to places. She would ask how do i feel while I'm there. If i felt yucky or negative feelings she would no go there or work in that establishment. She would say i was born with a veil over my eyes, you have a special gift. All my life i have been experiencing unexplainable events. I can feel, as other clairvoyants, EVERYTHING. Now I am learning and understanding that my gifts are for the ALL and use it to help every living being. Praise be to The Most High Creator though the Savior of the Universe

When I was in Kindergarten I went to my first Pep-Rally..Makes me emotional to think back on. All the kids jumped in the air, and I hid my ears with my head between my legs. My sweet teacher held me. I didn’t want to attend one ever again. We tried a few more times. I always cried. I was held back another year.. the sensitivity to noise, and people was over stimulating. In 3rd grade I was sent to a school for kids with Learning Disabilities. I always knew I was “weird” My parents put me on medication in 5th grade.. I was just sensitive to energy and had an a cute awareness. I hope this information is easily accessible for parents these days. Love and light💖

I am all of the above and actually pray for healing for many sick and have many recoveries. Took a long time to get to this stage, but its the connection with the divine very strongly now that has got me to this place with my healing.
I can feel people’s pain and sorrow and even the bad that actually has good in them and what caused them to be that way. I can almost see their past as if im leaving in and going through it. When i do i can’t stop crying and i wont get over it for good while and how they were all alone in a transition. Still searching for them and praying for them wether this realm or the other side I read people through their intentions and it hurts that the person is that way not knowing they are marking their soul

I've been a Spiritual Healer for about forty-five years now with my own private practice and teaching many groups and individuals also Reiki and Seichim Master,Crystal Healer,Masseuse,Counsellor.I think Reiki is really good if you are a Spiritual Healer as it is Spiritual Healing and the attunements are really good. Seichim is also good training and is of a higher vibration to Reiki but compliments well.The right Teachers and Ascended Masters will always be there on your path and it brings great joy .Yoga also is very good .I've loved the journey and I just keep going.Well may God Bless You All and may Love Light the Way! This is me. For a long time I’ve felt as though I have a more important purpose. I took an interest in hypnotherapy a few years ago, so I took the course and qualified. I was a counsellor with young people with mental heath issues for many many years...I had to also find my homes where I lived in the country vs city in order to maintain peace and balance.. I chose to be childless however , had animals instead Enjoyed my alone time where I can choose where and when to engage with others...Yes many strangers and acquaintances are drawn to me...I provide trust a, non judgmental and a safe place for people to purge their thoughts...It's all about balance. Once you know when to engage and take space you can find contentment and peace for yourself and others ❤
I feel light workers were sent here like bait dogs thrown into a pack of pitbulls. We are sent here with no memory of who we are, totally naive and vulnerable. I think we are probably part of of bigger ET agenda. Monitoring the energy on this planet and we are the walking, talking sacrifices in this game. That is what it feels like to me.
Actually us light workers are actually unfortunately we are warriors. We have to fight battles. And I am also a healer. That’s why light workers have to be strong and strong minded. ❤

Yes I have experienced all the pain and hurt in the world. Both sides, of wealth and poor. I have experienced all illnesses through having fibromyalgia. I have been a healer all my life, and when I take the pain out of others, I feel it. I stay away from crowded places because I feel the energy. I know many things of healing and mother Earth.

I definitely agree with being in large crowds we become depleted. After an hour and a half I’m so drained I have a headache it’s just awful all the way around… I had to quit going to that place I’ve become a hermit I love being by myself 😝

Being an empath at times can be hard..as a child I cried if my dad looked at me. The doctor put me ionized yeast ( a pill ) still yucky. And sometimes else. Somehow I learned how to protect myself 😢, and now in my crone yrs. My body breaking down. Still I work to become a healer

Wow....I have like, 9 out of 10 of these things; I just don't know what to think or how to do anything with it. As a kid, I used to love to find abandoned houses and explore them, and I was always able to sense the past energies tied to that particular place; pleasant, not so pleasant, and outright terrifying energies....it's just always been there with me.
Dolores Cannon practised hypnotism, to quit smoking etc on the army base her n her husband were assigned to. She developed her own deeper hypnosis. QHHT ? Or something like that. Anyway, her career spanned decades, she never taught. She wrote many books and spoke at length publicly. About her career hypnotising people.. eventually all over the world n coming into contact with the same 'source'. Speaking through all different people. But directly carrying on a conversation with her. She was a most curious woman. Who, through her straightforward and inquiring nature found herself going beyond life, into past lives, past animal lives, past planetary lives of cosmic beings. This was all surprising to her n the legacy she left is carried on by her daughter n many people she spent her life talking to source through. Read her books. Watch an actual video of her. Source once came through n told her to stop drinking fizzy n change her diet. Told her off. She never said any of the narrative this A.I voice pushes. She was an individual and a pioneer and viewed the cosmos through her unique sessions. She wrote profusely. People should not misappropriare her image, her likeness or use her name unless directly referencing her work. Respectfully.

To anyone going through dark night of the soul: find what fear is behind all of this. What fear is connected to what you are feeling? I was about to give up but what helped me was to realize that sometimes we need to hit rock bottom to understand why we need to bring more light into this world.
It's almost funny and almost sad to have every freakin one of these ... it's been brutally difficult at times, but I can't see how it could be any other way... I literally can't imagine. I feel like it would be pointless to be here then... this journey is ultimately what matters most, but the rest of life is equally important. Without that balance, everything becomes so excruciatingly painful and difficult to the point that it's preposterous to even try because it's the equivalent of clapping with 1 hand.... and once you get to that point of extreme imbalance, it seems like it's impossible to get back to balance and go beyond yourself in order to be able to heal others without completely draining yourself... but it is most definitely possible to regain that balance and heal yourself, but that requires you to be grounded in this realm, and as soon as balance is regained, everything seems to fall right in to place and everything becomes so much easier, but it still requires constant effort to maintain that balance, mentally, physically, emotionally, psychologically, sociologically, etc... to have full empowerment of the spiritual gifts. I had struggled to maintain that balance in the past, and it's difficult because I feel like I have more energy than this body can handle... I'd feel it surge through me with such tremendous force that I would feel like I'm exploding with unconditional love and I'd start crying tears of joy, but that's because I was just barely on the verge of balance... I'd have done everything required in tending to these mental, physical, etc, needs and feel compelled to pick up my guitar, and sure enough I'd go practically unconscious and let my soul speak through my instrument and inevitably start playing something I'd never heard or played before, yet it seems so easy, natural, and effortless... the music is transcendent, ethereal, magical, and magnificent... I'd feel it so deeply that it'd rock me to my core, and when someone else is there, I'd look up, and they'd be crying, too... I'd rarely let it all out like that in front of others, but sometimes it just happens... sadly, that lack of total balance would make it so I would be so overwhelmed by emotions that I would not be able to continue playing and I'd struggle to recapture the exact feeling and have difficulties remembering exactly what and how I played it... but that's what happens when you're not balanced. Brilliance comes and instead of continuing to ride that wave until you have played it so many times that the what you played, how you played it, and the feeling that it expressed so completely is so overwhelming that it becomes scattered into fragments and you're left desperately clutching at bits and pieces. .. which are still amazing songs, but they weren't the initial magical mastery that they were in that mysteriously fleeting moment. There's just a certain kind of feeling that is captured at that point in space and time that is otherworldly and transcendental. That alone is reason enough to strive to regain balance. But balance is all-encompassing and permeates every aspect of life. If you know this phenomena, then I urge you to make a plan that you are fully dedicated to living out daily and DO IT... NO EXCUSES, NO BLAMING, EVEN IF 99.9% OF SENTIENT BEINGS WOULD AGREE THAT IT'S A LEGITIMATELY VALID JUSTIFICATION AS TO WHY YOU DIDN'T, BULLSH¡RT!!! YOU KNOW IT DOESN'T MATTER!!! JUST FREAKIN DO IT NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, BECAUSE ANYTHING OTHER THAN A MONUMENTAL MOMENT IN LIFE THAT IS A ONCE A YEAR, DECADE, HALF A LIFETIME, ETC, IT'S NOT RELEVANT IN THE GRAND SCHEME OF THINGS. .. SO IF YOU HAVE TO TRICK YOURSELF OR RELY ON AN EMOTIONAL RESPONSE TO MOTIVATE YOURSELF TO GET IT DONE, WHATEVER, BUT JUST DO IT AND MAKE IT A NORMAL PART OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINE!!!!!!!!!!!! MAINTAIN THAT BALANCE, DON'T MAKE A BIG DEAL OUT OF IT, SEE IT AS NO BIG DEAL, IT'SJUST WHAT YOU DO!!! IT'S NATURAL AND THEN IT'LL NEVER BECOME SOMETHING THAT YOU PROCRASTINATE ON DOING BECAUSE IT IS AS NATURAL AS BREATHING. AND LIVE IT. BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT YOU ARE HERE TO DO, THAT'S WHY YOU PUT YOURSELF THROUGH ALL OF THE BS AND DRAMA, SO YOU WILL NEVER STRAY FROM YOUR PURPOSE, YOUR MISSION, YOUR PATH, AGAIN... BECAUSE YOU KNOW THE OPPOSITE AND YOU JUST CAN'T EVER BRING YOURSELF TO LIVE THAT WAY EVER AGAIN!!! REMEMBER MAKE THE PLAN, STICK TO IT, EVEN KEEL, NOT TOO HIGH, NOT TOO LOW, THE WAY OF THE PEACEFUL WARRIOR, THE UNAFFECTED OBSERVER... = THE ASCENDED MASTER YOU ARE, BUT HAD TO GO THROUGH HELL IN ORDER TO REMEMBER.
