Suggested topics for individual content po doc such as Azelaic, Arbutin, Oats, HQ and the likes or overview/insights of some common skin problems usually encountered in PH ie. scabies, alopecia/pattern baldness, dundruff, "bungang araw", KP etc. Thank you doc for giving us your time making these very informative videos. Desperate to see content on how skincare can be different in hot and humid countries 😭 mga taga ibang klima kasi halos lahat ng mga skinfluencers that I follow and feeling ko, iba yung effects sa kanila vs sakin ng mga products na nirereview nila kasi I always end up with super oily skin kahit pang oily skin products ginagamit ko.
This is true, the climate can affect how your skin reacts to products. Will try to think of how I can make a video about this 🙏🏻 thanks for the suggestion☺️
@@irenegaile yey, thanks doc! Yung mga Pinoy skinfluencers naman kasi (na napanood ko, baka hindi naman lahat), mini-mimic lang nila yung dogma from bigger skinfluencers na mostly ibang iba ang climate satin. Super eye opening yung content mo about not needing moisturizers for super oily skin like me na may humid na climate. First time ko makapanood ng advice na modified sa situation here sa Philippines for skincare. Thank you ulit, doc! 😍❤️💐

Ideally it is best to sleep at night, in tune with our body’s circadian rhythm (our body’s natural sleep-wake cycle). For those who work at night and sleep during the day, I recommend having blackout curtains or using eye covers to block light sources. For adults it is advisable to get at least 7 hours of sleep.
hi Doc! I have in born neck creases (like Janice De Belen or Hilda Koronel). Is there a way/procedure para kahit pano mabawasan 😅 PS: bathing too often, mejo guilty ako jan 😅
Doc just wondering is best to sleep with on back, but some people say it promotes sleep apnea which leads to mouth breathing. Some people state to just tape your mouth while sleeping on your back. Any thoughts on this Doc?
Hello! It depends on what is causing the darkening - pigment/post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, thin skin making vessels more visible, genetics etc :)
Hello! Yes, oral retinoids are safe provided they are given by licensed physicians who understand how the medication works and know who to give it to. Oral retinoids are prescription medications with possible side effects that need to be discussed thoroughly with a patient in a clinic setting.
