Wardens can also spam netch for free to purge off curse and mages wrath debuff, thus denying the sorc it's burst combo. This on top of their ice slab skills makes them less desirable targets to a sorc if warden takes advantage of it
I always forget Bastion also increases your damage against damage shield enemies up to 15% on max rank, on that note you can stack your damage bonus against damage shielded enemies with Shield Breaker set up to a max of 27% which is pretty huge imo. If the damage shield value is becomes low enough the extra 6% damage would help against the damage within the hp portion the set also has a permanent 6% added damage which also helps. Also add the status effect of Minor and Major Defile, these really help a lot in reducing damage shield value and healing. Probably my 2 go to things when there's a damage shield centered opponent.
I really like your how to counter videos, much appreciated, even though I main a magsorc. It's only fair 😊. Some players dodge before curse explodes to avoid the frags, that always annoys me a lot

Many people forget about this but werewolves have built in counters against mag sorcs. Defile reduces the effectiveness of shields and also a nasty gap closer leap with a powerful bleed.
templar charge is really bs some times you have a global cd of 2 seconds (I don't know why) but you can not do a ulti or light attack+ ulti after you charged, makes you miss the sweep ulti almost all the time xD. btw teleportation interrupts the charge.
Makes absolutely zero dosfferenc getting close to a sorc, they spam ward and streak away then use overload/ dark deal to regain resources , rince and repeat.

@MalcolM. The problem is that when other classes get buffed no one complains nearly as much as to when sorcerer gets buffed. People massively cry when sorc gets buffed.
Yea, Necro, and Arcanist are the bane of my existence rn with draining resources. They're just so tanky in addition to the non stop pulls and stun locks, but it's so much fun to play against
Could be a lot of things, maybe he was running crushing shock with draugrkin, or another spammable with shatttered fate. Or he just pushed all dmg using shadow mundus, 3x infused spell dmg jewelry over arcane. Maybe meteor with balorgh and 500 ult instead of overload. There's a lot of things that can be done to push burst dmg. If you have a clip I might be able to tell more. At cp800 you can get all the important stuff in terms of champion points too btw.

First off, the new patch is fkng trash. I now have to re set up the game, every time I reload it. Half the time, I’ve got to restart the initial loading, at least 4-5 times before I can even pick a character. Then, I have to completely set up my gamepad….again. I’m done. Deleted my account and membership. I’ll never spend another dime on this game.
DKs are a stand and bang class. Streak stun them when they get close, streak away to create distance, then combo them as they struggle to run back into range. Like MalcolM alludes to in the video - resource management is really the bread and butter of a Sorceror. DKs have a reset button with their ulti, and I generally wait for them to use it, so I'm not essentially wasting mag. Then streak away and burst them down. In duels vs them, I sometimes run immobilize poison on my back bar because the arena is smaller and youre more in the pocket. Hope this helps
