10 Crazy Useful Gameplay Secrets in OSRS 

UPDATE! From some of the comments from you guys: - The Wise Old Man in Draynor can detect and remove junk from your bank. - Attaching Ornament Kits to gear will allow you to reclaim them from a gravestone for free most of the time. - There is a method of spam clicking herb patches (and various farming allotments) that will allow you to pick an herb every tick. - Two of the NPCs at the GE can decant your Potions and Jewelry to give them a more favorable amount of charges/sips in them. - You can enter the LMS lobby and exit to another world instead of using the Pool of Refreshment. This will get rid of your skull, restore all your stats AND special attack! - The Tool Leprechauns by Farming Patches can note almost any herb/plant for you to keep your inventory open during a farm run! - Using the Health Orb to Cure Poison/Venom/Disease will NOT interrupt your character like how sipping a potion manually would.

This video was worth it for the Sarachnis Chompy bird connection alone, how did I not know this.

One more tip I learned recently, you can decant jewelry at the GE NPC "Murky Matt" I think his name is. You can note all your less than fully charged dueling rings and bring them to him to combine into dueling ring (8)s. You can also do this with digsite pendants and slayer rings, however, you can't note them to do so.

If you've got the prayer book and holy symbol equipped, clicking the health orb will cure poison with using the book without actually clicking the book ,just wanted to add that in for you

As a max player, and an Ironman I feel kind of sad knowing all of those except the sarachnis model lmao. On a side note a good farming tip is you can spam click herb patches the first three herbs you pick, then it will pick more herbs per game tick afterwards automatically. You can do the same thing on regular allotment patches for watermelon or snape grass. Just something small you can do over time.

Hey just to add a bit about the ferox enclave at 1:55. If you enter the last man standing lobby and exit to another world it will get rid of your skull, restore all your stats AND special attack :) hope this helps anybody watching!

The reason that your poison and venom get removed upon exiting a POH is because back in the day (like 2006) people would abuse the poh by getting people poisoned to a low hp and kicking them right before the poison would hit them to death, leaving their items for the abuser to pick up outside of the house portal.

If you don't have a quest point cape or the construction level for a fairy ring in your poh, the next best option is a salve graveyard portal in the poh (Arceus spell). It'll take you close to the canifis fairy ring.

When burning logs use the light option in the same tick as the logs light and it will skip the fire lighting animation. Wintertodt kinda makes it irrelevant but its still useful to know.

Its important to know with prayer flicking that its the animation of the attack that you protect against not the hit splat. This isnt so obvious with melee creatures but monsters that used range attacks it is. You only need you prayer up for the animation of their attack not the hit splat. Great video dood :)

Nice video! Three things to add about pathing: - If you click somewhere to walk/run, your character will go into a straight line for as long as possible before branching of to the side. - When running, your character won't register on every other tile, which you can use to run over traps or sometimes tricking NPCs that are on patrol (like on the MM2 dock part) - NPCs always prioritize east-west movement over north-south, which enables you to safespot if you stand north or south of an obstacle.

reason for exiting house curing poison is to stop people from poisoning you inside house combat room and kicking you out and killing you outside PoH with the damage tick.

You forgot all the pk tips. Fake swaps, ghost hitting, how players can avoid hits in fire cape for prayer 1-tick flicking to make it easier to understand the mechanics better. Not to mention, the hide items plug-in. This way you don’t click on chopping trees and the basic plugins runelite gives.

In the Ferox Enclave, entering & existing the white game portal has all the effects of a ornate rejuvenation pool

These are great for new players, but even experienced ones! I never knew you could move camera with mouse scroll. I just used it ingame and it makes the afk grind during series way easier than moving your second hand to the arrow keys :D

why is Konar looking so thick all the time

ur wrong on the diagional to escape pkers, in classic this was the case (plus 3 rounds combat being a must). but if ur not much of a pvper heres how people chase u while maging: 1 they cast, usually with long range on, say it splashes 2 they click attack on you, this will cause them to run a direct path to melee bash with the staff 3 they then click the spell they wish to use and cast. this method is why freezing is so powerful. since melee always goes the shortest path when initiating this is also the reason using autocast in pvp is so bad,
