Awesome tutorial , The hair spray at the end doesn't moisturize your hair it just adds shine, your hair got plenty of moisture during the shampoo, your hair is beautiful
Yes, Yes, Yes!!!! I am so nervous to start my natural hair journey but this video gave me the confidence and the knowledge to help my define my natural curls! Please create more content! I am a new fan!
Just an advise: shampoo then the Olaplex 3( it’s not a conditioner ) then shampoo again, then the AG Hair conditioner to bring down the ph of your hair from the shampoo. Then your styling products. Unless I missed why you shampoo out the conditioner.
Why is that? I wet my hair, soak up some of the water, add no. 3. Leave it for ten minutes or longer. Then go to no .4 (shampoo), then no. 5 (conditioner). Basically, I follow the product directions. Curious to know why you are suggesting to wash the hair first. Thank you!
Do you find you wash and go helps you with hair growth ? Also do you use and other products on your hair like oils ? Or is it just the products in the videos ?
Thanks! I learned this method from my hairstylist. But it’s honestly the same routine if you apply any curl stimulater with a gel on top. But just using these two brands to be specific. But this routine works really well for me. I’ll try different brands and methods soon!
I had all the the exact same products used on my hair after my first natural hair salon visit and so I bough them all lol. I had reallly bad cast and white snow flake all over within a few days. Did you ? and if so, what did you do about it .
Hi, So I haven’t experienced it! If my wash n go is over 10 days old and I’m manipulating my hair a lot it may flake bc of the gel hardening but not as much. To avoid it I think you should use less gel very minimum and more water when you apply the curl stimulator. Make sure your hair is soaking wet while applying all of these products and it’s properly dry without touching it. Bc the gel gets real gooey when you don’t let it dry properly!
Hey so did I ! I used ufd and the doux mousse. I only noticed flakes when stretching out hair but on day to day you couldn't even see em !!! But I'm gonna try a mousse instead cause I'm low porosity and I think it happens to low porosity folks. It looked beautiful tho
If there's flakes it's usually because not enough water was used.. I apply my UFD in the shower in sections as if it was a leave in and place my shower cap on top of it.. Finish my shower and then apply my topper gel outside of the shower.. Adding a bit of water if necessary.. I don't use much product because a little goes a long way due to how they interact with water.. No flakes during any of my process.. I'd also suggest sitting under a hooded dryer or diffusing over air drying..
NO! I’ll only use it if i haven’t in awhile or if my hair haven’t had any TLC! but if your hair likes treatments and its needed… it’s recommended to use every other 2 weeks!
I just put it in a bonnet thats big enough and tight enough around my head. I will make a video for this specifically. God bless you, thank you for watching
i would say maybe try a different combo that works well with your hair.. bc these two products combined together for my hair doesn’t flake at all literally!
