You don’t know how many times I’ve clicked the original rune selection thinking it would let me change runes 😂

The cooking humming is cool. So far ive noticed the song of time (only the 6 notes you put into the ocarina) and one of the main zelda tunes as ones i for sure recognise, and at least 2 others that sound familliar.

The changing of the "runes" drives me nuts... hold with left hand move with right hand... why...

Omg the up-Dpad change… 😭 I felt like such a tool every time I defaulted to the item menu instead of the abilities.

Something that isn't different is that we can't pet the dogs 😡 I literally met a girl who had like 3 dogs and talked about taking care about them but she said nothing about petting them. It kinda felt like Nintendo was taunting us there

There is also a less annoying shrine sensor sound.

There is another tiny difference, I notice. When Link goes to bed, there is a brief lullaby playing. In both games the lullaby has a different memory.

No one ever talks about all the extra little water drops and splashes that also happen when you dive in water now

Link is so silent lol but has personality, he dont do all rhat talkin he gets shhi done and keep it movin 💪💪🤗, and on top of that I assume he is like 15 years old in this game, even in windwaker he seemed like 8-10 years old on big adventures etc, thats motivational when u think about it lol fr tho he gets shhi done with little to no talkin 💪💪🤗

I get really frustrated when playing and getting confused with the new controls for the runes. Why couldn't they leave it as it was in botw? Also, 6 years wasted because we still aren't able to pet dogs And I don't like the new "combat" music, I feel like botw's one was more accurate and used to set you in the mood, totk's one sounds more relaxing. The text that gets displayed when blood moon is longer and less sticky than the one that appeared in botw 😔 Little spoiler: I also hate that now in totk I can't even trust trees 🥴

I’ve played both games and this is my overall grading: Breath of the Wild: C Tears of the Kingdom: B- Both games have good moments but also have their obvious flaws as well and neither of them are perfect. However, Tears of the Kingdom simply offers much more and fixes up and polishes on the flaws and mistakes that Breath of the Wild had. Tears of the Kingdom has better lore, cutscenes, abilities, sages, music, dungeons, enemies, etc….

oh wait heres another thing that's different: they removed key parts of my favourite armour set i made once such as the warm doublet the double axe and ice arrow
