Been playing pure tear and Horus tear 45 cards recently and have felt that I’m enjoying pure tear more as I’ve climbed higher facing more snakes and fk. Horus is still very good but can’t quite keep up with full power fire bois atm. Feels fine against all other decks.
I’ve done very well with this deck, I just get too indecisive on what path to take when I use branded monsters or tearlaments monsters, but they pair nicely together, I’ll need to go through my deck and see what other cards I’m missing because I do need to get the sanctifire dragon, mercourier, Albion the branded dragon, and also more of those versatile ultra rare cards like called by, nibiru, triple tactics thrust, and ash and max c Other than that my deck is splendid and I am slowly but surely going to try to complete that list I just mentioned
@@shaungomez9898 I’ve uploaded another version if Tearlaments today 👀 maybe check that version to see if you like it cuz for me it’s the most fun I’ve had in master duel ever using that deck
Every video you drop is GAS brudda no need for thanks hell we thank you for your time spent on these videos & the gems and ur spent to make these banger decks to showcase for us !
Most fun I've had playing yugioh is the 60 card deck I made where I literally searched "sent to GY" to find every card in the game that could benefit from a tear deck. Was always hilarious when after playing through 5 negates I'd use Evolution Pill that I got from milling Qoatlus, and then OTKing with ultimate conductor tyranno. Just such a diverse deck
great video as always tierlaments is always fun ! can you please do a dino guide ? i’ve recently picked it up and it’s spicy but i can’t find all the routes
@@mr.ethechromeleonpaladin8898 it just won the masterduelmeta sites community competition in this current full power snake eyes fire kings meta. Really does show how crazy full power ishizu tear was. With the restrictions it really does need a lot of careful piloting and deciding what your optimal line is. Sometimes you’ll do the classic mill ten off Kitkal. Sometimes you’ll just search metanoise, flip their normal summon, do your fusion and set up whatever gear fusion works best for you on their turn. But the more familiar you get with the deck the more fun it gets. I’ve won some tough grind games because I managed to create some interesting lines to tip the momentum in my favour.
Tear is by FAR my favourite type of play...But i still didnt figuered out what is the optimal play when u mill 2 with Kashtear and hit a fusion b4 Kitkallos/kashtear mill. Should i risk and ignore it to hit second fusion for the mills or should i play safe and skip Kit/kashtear mill and lose a ton of advantages? Thank u Brotha....
Yep Horus is good when you have the good hand, but they’re bad mill targets and can make the deck more bricky I don’t have space for foolish burial honestly, I do run grief, basically does the same thing, but it has an extra effect when milled
TLDR: both good, Horus enables extra layers of protection, pure is more consistent, has more room for utility. Personal preference might mean you enjoy one over the other. Id rate pure tear as tier 1.5, Horus tear as tier 2, still well able to compete against the fire boys. Horus is still fine, it’s good interruption bait and sometimes the rank 8 toolbelt is really useful. I’ve saved my board from so many nibs with galaxy. Sometimes you can make either the monster or spell negate you need for protection in main phase 1/battle, crash it into something exposed, make a Zeus, wipe their board and pop off in main phase two and focus on stuff like getting a metanoise up to flip their scarce follow-up facedown and send a tear to the deck to get kit and pop off. Sometimes you leave the Horus cards on the board, and get to cherry pick two removed cards to add to your hand or recycle back into your deck (recycling havnis or kit can be huge), and some draws too. Sometimes I use it to make a little knight if it’s more useful than a rank 8. But it does play more bricks, and if your discard for getting the engine started gets ashed it really hurts, they aren’t good fusion targets in the graveyard, and aren’t good mills. My pure tear deck is 40 cards and i feel a lot safer when I’m milling that I will hit, and I get to play more removal cards, eg 3 of the aqua kaiju for removal, it can make your super poly live if your normal summon got negated by getting fusion material live on theirs too, if you mill it you can use it to fuse with and keep your level 4s on the board to link or xyz with, if you get dimension shiftered on chain 2 and you have normal summoned sea mare sending an aqua on chain 1 to the graveyard you can send that instead of one of my tears and prevent losing that to the banished pile. I’ve found myself wanting that kaiju in hand more than I have wanted Horus cards. Other advantage is you get more extra deck space for stuff like the ignister fusion super poly target that specifically destroys the snakeyes standard end board, but you don’t have room in the Horus extra deck for since the rank 8s take priority over one particular matchup having a super poly target. Foolish is simple, there are so many ways to get mills started and ways to select what you want to send to the graveyard. It sucks if you mill it, in a grind game where you are praying for every mill 2 or 3 to hit a card to save you, seeing foolish hurts your soul. If you play a foolish, I prefer foolish burial goods, because then you can send trivikarma, search the field spell, use the field spell to pick whichever of the 4 tears you need to start, and get the bonus effect of a pop with it, and the pop is sometimes relevant as chain link2 protection for something else that you desperately need to resolve off the mills/sends.

@@xli-36912 ash blossom on Martha Nibiru is good because they sometimes open that spirit monster to search Martha Also try using decks that doesn’t move too many cards from grave, or at least attack over their exosister monsters, then move cards from grave
@@alinaddeh2858 it’s difficult to explain the combo, because it’s random and depends on mills, but I tried to explain it best I can in this guide: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UvxNvycBmYA.html
Lately, I’ve found myself switching back to playing pure Tearlaments and not using the Horus engine too much. I find that there’s more room for adaptability with Extra Deck options and even the cards in the Main Deck depending on how the meta is evolving. For example, since there’s been more rise of Cyberse decks like Salamangreat, it makes sense to run Earth Golem @Ignister in the Extra Deck for an anti-meta target for Super Polymerization. While the Horus cards can provide decent disruption bait, they also could end up bricking you more often. I, myself, don’t have Psychic End Punisher still in my collection to run, but I’ll craft it eventually. For right now, I am running a few extra deck options like Masquerena + Apollousa and Grapha Overlord. However, I do have the cards to swap out Grapha for Earth Golem @Ignister because of the rise of more Cyberse Decks when I need it. Good showcases! Always fun to see Tearlaments stay viable in the meta. I really enjoy playing the deck too.
Thank you! Haven’t been using Horus in tear also As for the ignister super poly target, it also helps a lot vs decks like snake eyes and snake eyes fire king
@@nook9871 no you really need time thief for this deck, it detaches materials for cost so detaching Scheiren for cost triggers it for fusion, that’s the main use roach can’t do that unfortunately

On the Thumbnail it Shows Zeus Not for 100 Dollar i would believe He is going to 2 😱. But to be honest i dont think it will Change much. Who plays Zeus more than 1 Only cool Thing that comes to my mind is U use Zeus(1 material left) to Attack than Go in 2 a Zeus with 2 Materials. But IS IT worth?. Thank you my Friend. @@Moha-MasterDuel Its sad that this Game still dont have Chat 😢. Maybe i send you and Email. Or Just invite you when i Open a room . Thank You and Go on with what you are doing. 💪
I'm playing both and each have their perks but in the current format pure tear is way more competitive while horus tear is more fun. Horus engine means more plays / extra deck option (my favorite being zombie vampire, I missed you my boi) but it also means you have way too many useless stuff being sent to the graveyard if you don't open sarcophagus / Imsety, on top of being more vulnerable to maxx c than pure. Also it becomes way too much of a gamble if you try including super poly in the mix so you're either giving up on one of the best board breaker especially in a fusion deck or you end up building a tier 3-4 deck that's fun for solo mode for sure but way too inconsistent for ranked.
@@Moha-MasterDuel Glad to see we think alike, I learned the game when I started a few months ago with tearlaments. A bit sad I missed the tear 0 format and chaos ruler (I started like 1 month after he got banned when I checked back then) but thanks for the hard work regardless Keep it up ~
