This looks like a movie film. The way is was presented it not only showcase how to cook and learn a recipe but it told a story line in someone’s life in this case yours. It was amazingly done . You are a true artist and a filmmaker.

很久前買了Air Fryer，可能我是化學師所以對於頻繁使用還是比較忌諱，因爲溫度極高下Teflon可能釋放有害物質于食物中，而且也不建議多用鋁製品。少量用Flyer其實很方便，但如果餐餐用，時間久可能有安全隱患。其實最爲安全的就是生食或者蒸煮，溫度都不會高於100%C保留營養同時不容易產生有害物質，不過還是很喜歡你的VIDEO。

不用起油锅，思路还是蛮好的。大家不要太苛刻了，小姑娘弄成这样不容易，盐酥鸡喷油后不要油炸，真的比较健康方便。

I was mesmerised watching her. I finally clicked the translation and played it again so I could get all the ingredients and how to cook everything. I absolutely love this lady and the variety of foods that she cooks. She got the lobster at COSTCO. Where does Anni live?
