I wish I could have a chef that cooks me my low-carb meals everyday. I hate cooking, but need to eat low carb for my diabetes and struggle to be motivated to cook
Amazing!! I am so happy to see you using ur awesome creativity with low carb foods. Healthy foods. I'm so happy. Thank you for that. I will be making ALL if them. If u have any healthy desserts with ur creative flare, I know I won't be the only one excites about that.
@@blumusdu I only had time to make one. I made the cauliflower Mac and Cheese. It was delicous! I will make more. Next is the stuffed zucchini noodles. Can't remember name. Lol. Thanks.
Wow that triple decker cucumber sub !!!! :-0 Looks soo good, especially on a hot day. Very creative Recipes, definitely gonna try some of these thanks!
I have a slice a matic sold during the late sixties. It's similar to todays mandolins that have an adjustable blade so you can pick the thickness of slices. Not a peeler but a slicer.
I lost about 40Ibs. by going keto, but it's too hard to maintain. At this point, I've given up on fad diets and switched to a simpler, balanced nutrition diet.
It isn't a fad, though. It's just a little more restrictive version than the old Atkins stuff. I did low carb in the 90s and lost 20 pounds. I'm doing low carb now and losing successfully.
Just started a video and had to stop after the first "recipe" - I'm sorry, in what world is a ham-filled cucumber supposed to count as DINNER?! Is this a joke?!
I hate this type of video format. Tell us what it is you're making FIRST, then show us how. I don't want to guess what it is you're showing me for 5 minutes then decide if it's something I want to try.
Hamid Munawar Some of them aren’t even that healthy. For example, that first “cucumber sub” isn’t healthy. It has mayonnaise, processed meat, and processed cheese. Since when were those things “healthy”?
@@-Theo- mayo is fine on low carb, especially when you make it yourself with pastured eggs and organic, unfiltered avocado or EVOO. Use raw, cheese from pastured animal and pastured animals meat.
Cathie McGinnis Hunni low carb and healthy are not enterchangable terms. Plus what you told me to do in your comment literally changes the recipe, it doesn’t matter if it’s low carb or not, processed food isn’t healthy. And I’m not saying it’s not ok to eat mayo and processed food I’m just saying don’t call it healthy cause it isn’t.
in the summer I make a zucchini lasagna quite regularly. The most important thing is to get as much moisture out of the zucchini as possible or you will have a wet lasagna. So I like to Air fry them on 400 degrees for a few minutes (or until noticibly dryer and beginning to brown) after salting and layering in paper towels. Its a lot of extra work but makes a huge difference trust me! I made this and a regular lasagna for a party, and most people enjoyed the zucchini version surprisingly.
If you count your calories, beware of all that olive oil. 2tbsp of olive oil is 200 calories. I recommend ghee or a high smoke point oil like avocado oil or even coconut oil.
what I understand about calories is if you want to be at a certain Weight say for example 185 pounds for a male than you need no more than 1850 cal so if you are doing olive oil olive oil what I understand is very good for your body for blood sugar blood pressure cholesterol a lot of stuff like that so you shouldn't say that olive oil is not that good just make sure you get the extra virgin olive oil in a dark bottle that's what I understand and red also try the intermittent fasting my brother has been doing that and he has lost a lot of weight and in great shape
thanks... BUT i love my EVO... and will stick to it in reasonable amts each time ... Just look at how peopke age longer and better in the Mediterranean .... life is more than calories per se... i think it is more impt WHERE thise calories are coming from too .... For ex. for a long time i avoided butter for its animal fat but then i read margarine even has more additives to make it what it is ... and good butter has fewer and more natural .. so switched to butter... which definitely tastes better ... and never looked back .
I love roasted veg with pesto, you could use cauliflower to make fake pizza dough, squash with spinach and ricotta cheese, celeriac that's nice raw or cooked have fun and experiment hope that helps
Made the pad thai spaghetti squash. The video showed uncooked veggies in the sauce but i cooked them and added some thai chile sauce which to me saves anything I have doubts in when it comes to oriental dishes. It is sweet and spicy. Loved the dish with the cooked veggies.
Omg! I miss Tasty videos! I love all your cooking! Please, make more of Low Carbs video! 🙏 So, I can cook them for my Filippino family! 🤣 And they won't even notice it, that I got the receipt from your videos! 🤣😁👍
@@crystaladcox7266 noooo simply tasty is a whole different channel! this is Tasty's second channel. but without all the extra things like 'make it fancy', 'chef out of water', those kind of things. just recipes. hence the name Tasty Recipes
I mean... if you’re staying under 20 net carbs then you’d have to eat a pretty small portion of most of these meals. Things like yogurt, canned tomatoes and tomato paste, squash, and onions to name a few can take up your carbs before you know it!
@@natachav9534 Nope, found a ton of other very flavorful recipes that are quicker with less things needing to be cooked and mixed. A good one was beef n broccoli, did remember the soy sauce for this recipe tho.
This stuff is not low carb just because you use spaghetti squash adding peanut butter and honey adds too much sugar. Cauliflower rice? Ok good start but loading in a bunch of peas and carrots it’s not low carb. Peas? Honey? Come on!
U R AWESOME!!! Your recipes are SOOOOO TIMELY and a God SENT!!! Quick and easy to prep and create on a dime. THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOO MUCH FOR SHARING Luv U!
i like pilipino recepe at gulay filipino menu n low carb.at protein rich food pilipino menu yung common mdaling bilhin at madaling gawin. thanks po sa reply
Thank you for sharing but I’d prefer someone who talks. These fast forward, annoying music videos are tedious to watch. It’s easier to just read a recipe.
New to this channel. Is there somewhere I can read the recipes or are they just in the video? I'd like to print these off. Great recipes....inspiring!! Thank you!
