Awesome, easy recipes! Each one better than the last 😃 I can imagine serving those to guests and just hearing: Mmmmm, yummmm Totally motivates me for some good‘ol Home-Cookin!! Great ideas, especially the sauces 😋
just made the beef burrito bowl and wow! It was so good! Crisp and vibrant flavors, beautiful colors, I enjoyed it so much! ( I did add a bit of salt before melting the cheese cause I felt like it needed a little boost)
Really happy you liked it! Definitely season with salt and pepper to fit your tastes. Sometimes just the way we shoot the videos we don't always capture adding salt 😅
I made the shrimp and sausage skillet two weeks ago and it was fantastic. I gave some of the leftovers to my son and he loved it too. BTW I’ll make the Buffalo Chicken dish. It was spot on until you used ranch dressing not blue cheese lol. Barb from Buffalo
Glad to hear you guys enjoyed it! I hope you like the Buffalo Chicken dish, too. I'm not a huge fan of bleu cheese personally, but I know some people love it. You're definitely welcome to sub out the ranch for bleu cheese dressing instead 😅
What a huge help for my meal planning this week! I was getting tired of cauliflower every night, lol. All of these recipes look like you can easily sub any protein of your choice and they would come out tasty! ❤
There are some really great recipes here. I made some of them but the serving size is so tiny and the carb count is really high for such small servings.
Can you give me some examples of meals that have "really high" carb counts? Almost all of the meals in this video are under 10g net carbs for >600 calorie portions. That VERY easily fits into a ketogenic diet.
@@RuledMe Yes, I made the creamy sun-dried tomato chicken thighs and the Walnut cucumber salad. The portion for both was really small and had 8gr of carbs and 6gr respectively.
@@jewelr80 Neither of those recipes are in this video, but I know which video you're referring to. I do agree that the walnut cucumber salad is a bit on the higher end of carbs, but the sun-dried tomato dish is >500 calories for a portion at 8g carbs. I'm not sure how many calories you're eating a day, but that's perfectly acceptable for most people eating ~1600 calories a day. Feel free to adjust recipes and add in vegetables where needed to help bulk up meals and adjust carbs down.
Thanks so much! The recipe is on the website - there is a link to each recipe in the description of the video. You can find it here: www.ruled.me/keto-grilled-pork-skewers-with-zoodle-salad/
@@StephanieJoRountree Weird - it's possible the site went down for a minute or 2. I clicked the link in the description a few minutes after you commented. Glad it works now though!
We're using a local one in the video, but basically any type of buffalo-style hot sauce will work (usually a mix of cayenne, vinegar, and sometime pureed peppers).
Depending on how you follow keto, it can be harder on the kidneys than other diets. This is a medical question that has a lot of nuance so I'd recommend asking your doctor rather than people on RU-vid 👌
@@RuledMe Thank you very much for answering, as I asked you :))) I am the donor and my sister is recipient, so I will consult our doctor. I liked keto very much bcos I love meat and vegetables, but not a fan of fruits ... And I do not eat sweets almost at all... Same with bread :)
@@TheDragonA64 Drinking plenty of water and eating plenty of varied vegetables can help with the strain keto puts on kidneys (after all, it's a diuretic). But in a situation where you are donating a kidney, it's always best to have your doctor on board and monitoring the situation. I hope all goes well with the surgery!
@@RuledMe It has been done in 2018 :))) We are both doing well. Thank you very , very much for your concern. I appreciate it a lot . Wish you all the best. New subscriber here.
With the bacon wrapped chicken, try cutting a pocket into the chicken breast. Place a generous dose of mozzarella in there, _then_ cook it. And make sure you keep the juices and pour 'em over when you are done!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE all your recipes. They are awesome and easy to make, and great for me because, it helps to control my sugar level. I am in the pre-diabetic level, and these recipes help a lot. Thank you!!
Thank you so much for making the majority of these meals on the stovetop. Some of us don’t have working ovens and stovetop recipes are a life saver. This video is going in my favorites.
Definitely - I wish you the best of luck. Make sure that you find your macros (we have a calculator on the site) and stick to them. Stay strict with yourself and you'll see results soon!
How many is each meal meant to serve? I find it frustrating that everything is meant to serve 4 when there’s only me eating so I’m either eating the same meal for days or trying to work out how to divide the recipes down
Thank you, I hope you enjoy them. Each recipe does have the nutrition - check the description of the video. There's a link to the website which includes a full nutrition breakdown on each one 👍
These dishes look good, but with how expensive groceries are, it’s a lot of ingredients for each dish for 2. Maybe if I doubled up for multiple meals it might work.
Most of these recipes will make multiple servings, but you should definitely try to use up all ingredients when you buy them. You can usually find a few recipes that are different enough but use almost the same ingredients for variety 👍
I used to come up with all of the recipes on my own but we have a small team of recipe developers now. I'm so happy to hear you enjoy the recipes and have had the chance to make some of them! ❤
@@nanapoku5259 No problem - it might have not rendered properly when I exported the video. But you can always visit the recipe on the website (links are always in the description) with a full written version of the recipe 👍
You realize you're allowed to season to your own tastes, right? You should probably know that videos of recipes are completely different than actually cooking in your own home at your own pace, too.
There are lots of brands that has minimally processed dressings out there nowadays. You can also make sure your ranch dressing, too, if you prefer. Here's a recipe: www.ruled.me/keto-approved-ranch-dressing/
We have a few cookbooks at www.ketocookbooks.com but they don't include these recipes. We haven't made a new cookbook in a few years. We focus mostly on our meal planning app which has ~1600 total recipes in it as of this time (we are constantly adding more). Our meal planning app will scale meals to fit your specific macros so in my opinion it is a lot more useful than just having recipes. This way you just have to cook along with the recipes and you'll see results. If you're interested in seeing more about that, you can go here: app.ruled.me/
It depends on the recipe and what your macros are. You can always see the estimated serving sizes and full nutrition information on the website (all linked in the description).
