I am 16 years old and I have half a year to graduate from high school and I have no idea what I want to be, but i know that being in NYC in an office my entire life is not the lifestyle that I desire . I want to travel the world while doing something that I would have fun doing.
Hey Victoria! That is so awesome that you know you want to travel at such a young age. I wish I would’ve known that before spending 6+ years and tens of thousands of dollars on a college degree I never used! I recommend everyone interested in travel to take a gap year and see what happens. Society puts pressure on us to graduate college as fast as possible, but there’s really no rush. One year off to travel won’t make a difference in the long run. And you never know what might happen and what opportunities you’ll stumble into during that time. Keep following your dreams and let me know if you have any questions!
I totally agree with you, Victoria! My parents pushed me to pursue medicines as they want a stable career for me but frankly, I never think of practicing in a hospital. it's just no personality. I want to travel the world not working in a hospital for my entire life, I want to know about the people of other sides of the globe .
@@rajshreesaxena839 ..and THAT is when you get original american nationals to squander their life elsewhere, and have the need to replenish urgently required medical staff and doctors from third world countries like bangladesh and somalia to work in US hospitals and take care of haram elderly white people...including YOUR parents ...!!!

Everyone always asks me what my dream job is, and honestly I always tell them, “A job where I’m not tied down to one place, and I can set my own schedule!” So thank you so much for helping me to achieve my “dream” job!☺️ also LOVE your blog!! Hey Alison! Have you checked out my master list of travel job ideas? ( www.projectuntethered.com/best-travel-jobs/ ). There might be something on there that sparks your interest. I also talk a lot about building a travel lifestyle in my newsletter ( www.projectuntethered.com/newsletter/ ). Deciding which job is best for you can be tricky, but just remember that nothing is permanent...you can always change as time goes on (and you probably will!)
there is no "travel world " AND "earn too"....it is either, or. (video examples are only PEANUTS..and the competition for petty assignments are enormous...).

It’s all great when the person has a passion in a skill, what about those who have always had to stop every hobby they took on( in the sense they don’t have a niche)
Hmm that’s a good question. I think a lot of people believe they have to be passionate about a certain skill or path before they start mastering it. But sometimes it’s the other way around. The passion might not come until are well down the road working towards building a skill. For example, I thought I hated writing. But now its my entire livelihood (blogging + freelance writing). The better I get, the more I like it.

What advice would you offer for nationalities outside the commonwealth who want to travel? And what programs would you recommend?
Hey Jasmine! That’s a great question. I’m not sure how a Jamaican passport compares to a Colombian passport, but my wife Day also has more limitations on where she can travel without a visa. I would say start by making a list of all the countries you CAN travel to without a visa (or visa on arrival). You might be surprised to find some you’re interested in visiting. I’ve also heard (but can’t confirm with certainty) that the more stamps you have in your passport, the easier it is to get approved for harder-to-get visas in the future. So if you start with visa free countries, then by the time you want to visit a country with a stricter visa process, they’ll see that you are a frequent traveler, and hopefully be more likely to approve your visa. In the end, it’s definitely trickier if you don’t have a strong passport. But if you’re willing to jumó through some hoops, you still should be able to visit quite a few places. And hopefully someday the rules change to be more inclusive of all travelers!

You should definitely make a step by step blueprint course on how to become a digital nomad and sell it on Amazon or an ebook. Definitely should check into that if youre into that kind of thing. @@ProjectUntethered when I went on the website I read a cut off age for Americans that wanted to travel. I can't remember which job area in what country I clicked on but I remember reading the cut off age.

Hiya! That’s potentially a complex question haha. If you’re working online and earning in a different country, you shouldn’t have to worry about a work visa. And the tax situation depends on many factors, but usually it’s wherever you have a tax residence (and if you’re from the US, you still have to report even if your tax residence is no longer in the US). For example, if I stay in colombia over 6 months per year, my tax residence is here. I have to report both in colombia and the US, but there are ways to prevent double taxation. Long story short - it’s best to do research for your specific situation because it can vary from person to person depending on your circumstances 🤓
All the jobs on this list are great places to start! It all depends on your skills, what you like to do, and your needs. If you need to support your family, it's probably best starting with a "normal" job, then seeing if you can go remote. Or applying for fully remote jobs. These will be your fastest ways to support your family on the road. Growing a business from scratch takes longer (but can eventually offer more freedom). Best of luck!
Yeah I definitely agree it is more geared to females. I’d imagine parents feel more comfortable leaving there kids alone with women than men (which is understandable I think).

Also you wouldnt happen to have any advice on traveling solo making money on the road traveling with dogs do you? I love my furrbabies and definitely will bring them with me but makes it hard on me to make money. Any suggestions?
We’ve seen tons of people traveling with their pets, so it’s definitely possible. However, to avoid having to leave them alone for long periods of time, it would probably limit you to online work. The good news is, there’s tons of ways to earn online nowadays, and you can do that with your fur babies sitting in your lap! 🤗

I'm creating single-page applications now, but it will also take some time to get the clients.
